I just watched the Uguas vs Porter fight.. I noticed something he's doing against Spence as well. Porter throws too many wide, heavy handed shots with his head down. For example.. after an exchange he bobs and ducks most punches, but fires back immediately with his head down. Sometimes landing.. but mostly missing, and worse yet setting up the other fighter for some really good counters. But sometimes he does a more Tyson style.. gloves glued to his chin, and moves, and works his way back in.. this seams to result in a lot more body shots and overall a better position. We love you Shawn.. I hope you guys are working on this. And good luck with Crawford. I bet he has noticed this as well.

Spence by unanimous decision. That was the best version of Shawn porter and definitely not the best version of Spence. Also, Spence didn’t have to get in the trenches with porter. He could have stayed on the outside and just jabbed like he did against Danny and Mikey. The rematch will still be entertaining because porter definitely will still make a fight out of it.

Unfortunately Spence haters or Bud fans will say he barely won or should’ve lost. Go back and look at the way he fought Mikey, he outboxed him when he could’ve rough housed him all night and forced a stoppage. He fought that way because the media all pre fight said that Mikey had the better ring IQ. The Truth Hurts lol
