So say I want to use a design to make a 3”x3” sticker but also a 30”x30” print. Would I draw on a canvas that is 30”x30” and then scale it down as i see it for the obviously smaller sticker, or would I do something completely different?

How do we get a large canvas to "share, send" properly? Making canvas 300dpi CMYK 24" by 18", but when emailing it, it always comes to the person as a much smaller size of 12" by 9" at 300dpi. As soon as they start to enlarge it to proper size the dpi goes down. I know there must be a simple way to do it that I am missing and can't seem to figure out. Yes, exactly! 3k x 3k would be for square prints. If you need to create different types of art, it would be definitely better to create multiple templates. If you can, make sure to use a 1:1 ratio of your print size and canvas size

You need to know the requirement from your printing company. They will usually specify the minimum and maximum and you can use their sizing and create a preset on Procreate with the same dimensions

Note that the colors will look different. Aim to always create in the colorspace of your final output. If you're printing in CMYK, set up your canvas with CMYK first.

do you have to rasterize procreate5 text before saving the file to go to tshirt printing? I uploaded a font into procreate5 text library and used it in my art. It is asking me if I want to rasterize. If I do not rasterize the font before saving for print will it not print or come out crazy during print?
It generally depends on the printer. Some will require that you send them a flat image, but some of them will ask that you send in layers. At any rate, it's best to duplicate your art so you can keep one with layers, and the other one, flat and rasterised.

In general, larger sizes are because it's easier to resize into smaller ones later. But the best case is to design specific to the size.

Yes you can! Just make sure that the size is exactly the same as the requirement from your printer company.

If you're doing art prints, use the same sized canvas as your print size, and use 300 dpi

Unfortunately, there is no solution for this. You must redraw if you want to retain the quality. You cannot resize up. Not even with Photoshop.

It's best if you have a separate preset for ease of use. They will have different sizes!
I put 3000px for H&W and 300 DPI and it only allows 25 maximum layers.
