Hi Lisa, I have a suggestion. My father learned how to prepare ramen (insta noodles) in a special way when he was in prison and when he made us this noodles when he came out we absolutely fell in love with them. How to prepare.
1.) make insta noodles (preferably maruchan)
2.) drain broth until you have about 1/2 of cup in soup or less
3.) add American yellow cheese and mash into soup
4.) add diced pickled jalapeños. (La costeña)
5.) add diced white onions (raw)
6.) add 1/2 a can of canned tuna
7.) mix all together.
8.) eat with saltine crackers and or potato chips.

This wouldn’t be crazy spicy since the sweetness from the chili sauce and creamy cheese will help counteract the ghost pepper.

Maybe useless advice, but imo it's better to weigh everything separately, especially considering you seem to use it for baking. It's really easy to mess up with things like flour and sugar (for me at least) and that way you don't have to stare at a bowl with wrong measurements trying to figure out how to remove only the sugar. It probably also saves you time because you don't have to carefully add it, instead you can just tip the container and scoop the excess out. I don't really bake/cook that much, but I am someone who does use scales and has no problem messing up measurements when I do.

Actually I am a vegetarian and seeing her cutting the imitation crab. Mhhhhhhhhhh!!!!! That looked and sounded so good..
But that doesn't mean I am going to be non vegetarian
Honestly, a lot of imitation crab I've eaten these days is full of fillers, flour and flavorings - not much of it is actually fish, the same can be said for most other fish cakes and fish balls. You can probably find a vegetation alternative pretty easily!
