It's Ka'anapali Beach. Black rock is just the rocky feature at the north end.
Again on this one, Google Maps disagrees. It's a searchable spot on Google, so whether it's the proper name or not, it would help people to find that spot if they wanted to go

what part of the island did you guys leave from and how long did it take to go to the blowhole location?
We stayed in Kaanapali for a few days, so it was only about a 30 min trip around the Northwest side of the island to get to Nakalele! If you're headed that way, go super early! We were the only ones there when we got there, but a ton of people filled in by the time we left!
How long is the hike down to the blowhole?
I think if you went straight there, it’s probably 20-25 mins. We looked around quite a bit and took our time taking pictures. It’s a beautiful me down!

Dude, I’m going to make a full GoPro 7 video, but in short, it’s AH-MAZING. I’ve had them all, and the stabilization on the 7 is unreal!
David Manning is a big jump from gopro 6?? I though u had a gimbal
HUGE jump! It totally looks like a gimbal, by it's all the built in stabilization on the 7 Black! The stabilization is 100% the killer feature of the 7. Oh, and Time Warp mode, which is basically a built in Hyperlapse mode

How's the beach by black rock ? It was gone in January 2018
We were on the beach just South of Black Rock and it was great! I think it’s a bit thinner on the North side of Black Rock though. Is that where you were?
Ya last January. There was next to no beach left. I was wondering if they did anything about it.

Good choices at Nakalele. People fall off that cliff ocassionally and a guy was sucked into the blow hole in front of his pregnant girlfriend never to be seen again. Better to be safe than sorry!
