Silvera is really starting to grow on me but I still do not like stranded. Both songs however still pale in comparison to their previous work. I sure hope their new album is heavier than what has been released so far.
I was hoping for something heavier but once I got the full album, I was let down by the lack of brutality. HOWEVER, this is my favorite Gojira album because the emotion in this album is titanic compared to anything they've ever put out. The only band that can change their sound but stay the same band. Long live Gojira!
It is surely their lightest and slowest paced album, with clean vocals on most songs. However, the undertones and emotion are just like mentioned above. 'Titanic on comparison to previous albums.' It is growing on me a lot this week. NO BLAST BEATS!! Which is badass.
