I believe it won't be effective. If you have numerous nodules, it's recommended to consult a local doctor for treatment options that are not available over the counter.
Hello Melissa, hope you are doing well. I’m a regular viewer of your videos. Currently, I’m using tretinoin with snail mucin cream.it’s doing great on my face. I’m regularly using sunscreen as well. Before using tretinoin I used to use ordinary Aha, Bha 30% peeling solution once a week. When I started using tretinoin I stopped using it for a while. Last week I used that on my face and kept it for 5 minutes. It made my skin very dry. So now I want to change this with another exfoliating product. As without exfoliation my skin doesn’t feel that good.
You could use a leave-on lactic acid, mandelic acid, or glycolic acid. However, since you are already using tretinoin, Lactic Acid 10% would likely be the best option. It's somewhat gentle and still does an excellent job of exfoliating the skin.
@@MelissaVanDijkTheSkinDiet Dear will you kindly elaborate. I am on epiduo at night. On weekends i also planning to use aha bha 30% peel but I am sure, my skin won't be able to tolerate. So, I will apply 10% lactic acid and do normal skincare on one day per week. Is it going to help? I have the same problem. Without exfoliation, my skin doesn't look polished.
do you know how long to wait before applying your moisturiser? It’s been around 5 minutes but it hasn’t fully absorbed into my skin and feels oily, I just put it on my acne thanks!
Yes, because it's an anhydrous solution. Their regular salicylic acid solution is water-based. Also, how much did you use? Depending on the area, less than a drop or just one drop is more than enough.

Hi Melissa. Heard the ordinary has discontinued Ascorbic Acid 8%+ Alpha Arbutin 2%. If I don’t use eye serum, can I use Salicylic acid anhydrous around the eye ?
