@@antonioperna3641 hi, no it is not 😖 if your secrid is less than 2yrs old you can contact them and either get it replaced or repaired. Also depending how many cards you have inside. But in general it should not come out. I returned my first purchase and replaced with a new one. Hope you are able to resolve this! Let me know!
