My Transformational Journey: School of Womanly Arts with Regena Thomashauer

I started my transformational journey 25 years ago. Sometimes people say: "yesterday's transformation is a today's ego trip" so I wanted to go down the memory lane and acknowledge all the different schools, teachings and methods I learned from that have shaped me into a human, teacher and coach that I am today.

I have attended several events and courses with the School of Womanly Arts led by Regena Thomashauer and it was by far, one of the most powerful I could do for myself as a woman. One of the biggest differences I could feel was in how my experience of birth changed as I gave birth to my first son before and to my second son after I did the course called Mastery. Namely, being comfortable in my own body was entirely something I got out of doing this work with Regena.
