- Taking on the Hundred Dollar Breakfast Biscuit Challenge from Rise Biscuits, Donuts, & Righteous Chicken in downtown Nashville, Tennessee! Xplr.Nash offered up a $500 cash reward for the first person who could finish this massive biscuit in under 20 minutes, so I knew I had to throw my hat into the ring! This was no small feat, as I had to finish a 10 inch biscuit loaded with fried chicken, vegan "chicken", pork sausage, vegan "sausage", chicken tenders, grits, gravy, guacamole, pimento cheese, 8 eggs, country ham, bacon, tots, and more that I've probably left out of this list.

I’m going through a lot of trauma right now and I’m not really eating enough. But in the beginning when you said it had vegan chicken on it, I remembered my vegan chicken tendies in the freezer and decided to Make myself my own chicken sandwich. Thanks katina. I needed that lol

The $500 was not offered by the restaurant, just a travel/tourism page. It was announced several times that there would be only 1 winner of the cash. Moving forward, if it’s beaten, the winner gets their biscuit challenge free :) thanks for watching!

They have a MASSIVE burger challenge there that's amazing. Research it. You won't be disappointed. Congrats on this one. 👏
