Also, if someone is found guilty of such a crime, they are supposed to be taken into custody until sentencing... I don't know why he didn't want to release the judges name. It should be a matter of public record... Also, if someone is found guilty of such a crime, they are supposed to be taken into custody until sentencing... The judge is definitely guilty of corruption or incompetence - maybe even negligent homicide or something else.
