that's what i call sustainable. i also only throw something away if it can no longer be repaired or is not worth repairing.
Thank you for the video ! If you want to last longer you have to also change the commutator [(colector)the rotor part that has copper where the brushes contact)] not only clean. That is hard to do it yourself. Good Luck!

me da que no le llega corriente al gatillo, lo he probado con el voltímetro

I used to repair DC motors. If you want your new brushes to last well then you need to clean and smooth the commutator (the part of the motor that has 3 copper contacts that the brushes contact). I used to skim them on a mini lathe which was designed speciffically for that task but it can also be done with fine sandpaper.
You're right, it would be nice if the brushes had a good contact, I didn't do it to make a shorter and simpler video.

Buenas, mi máquina tiene los mismos síntomas pero la he desmontado y los carbones están bien, le metido corriente directa al motor y funciona perfectamente, cual puede ser el problema? El gatillo quizás? La mía cuando insertó la batería se enciende la luz led y la luz de selección de los nm cuando toco el gatillo cambia de una cifra de Nm a otra un par de veces y ya se queda parada sin encenderse nada, hasta que vuelvo a quitar y insertar de nuevo la batería, la batería está cargada a tope.

How old was the impact drill before the part wore out? I am curious as i have acouple that are working fine but i would like to know if i should get some for spares now as they may not be available if/when mine fail.
It's over 2 years old, but I've used it a lot.

Yes, when I put the new brushes in, the capacitors are inside.

Why would it be a poor choice it used to be used for years.
@@Pfirtzer It oxydises the copper. It will turn green over the years. Rosin is a better choice. And it smells good (but not good for your health)

Mein 3,50 Euro Schwingscheifer von Ebay war nur verdreckt und läuft nach einer gründlichen Reinigung wieder.
Es ist eine einfache und sehr kostengünstige Reparatur, die sich kaum jemand die Mühe macht.

Esto no es un taladro neumatico, un una llave de impacto y todos los motores que tienen escobillas sufren el desgaste de ellas. Una herramienta neumatica es la que funciona con aire.
@@brikoplanet Perdona cuando me refería a neumático me refería al concepto del taladro, es decir da igual si es, aire, batería, o cable. En teoría por construcción no debería romper el motor, sistema eléctrico u otras cosas si, pero el corazón no.
Es que me explico mal jaja
@@EcomobilityCanarias Excepto los nuevos motores eléctricos sin escobillas, por ejemplo los que llevan los modelos de parkside performance. Todas las demás que lleven escobillas tienen un desgaste de los carbones.
