Hi, I bought a parkside cordless hand held circular saw and made about 5-6 cuts and then it stopped working but the laser works and the battery is fine. Please don't know what to do with it?
Good repair. Mine also got damaged windings - Did smoke/overheat. But it was pretty weak and price for new motor from China was same as price for another machine. I did get brushless saw and you can´t compare it.
A complete overhaul! So I haven't seen such an excellent job for a long time!! Absolutely perfect craftsmanship, knowledge-simply perfectly done work:-) !!!

Would you happen to know what the Parkside tool number suffixes mean eg A1 like this circular saw number PHKSA 20 Li A1 , or the same tool but ending A1, A2 and B1, B2 etc and C1, C2 etc, please? Is it to do with country the tool is intended for, eg UK, France?, or the higher the number the newer the design, or what?

Thank you for the video. Lots of work for a cheap tool. At 5:18 - can you share what board you use in the green plastic over the battery? My PHKSA is blowing the transistors within a minute of use - INFINEON IRLR8726TRPBF . So I guess something else is wrong on that board, but I can't find a replacement. I'd appreciate any help
@@zana3587it's when you test the motor using the 20V battery over the voltage/amp- meter. The battery has a leftover handle from another tool 😊 (i guess with a board inside)
Jusqu'à refaire le bobinage du rotor la je suis impressionné ! 15 tours sur 5 enroulements puis résine et refixation du système de ventilation et ben !. Cela doit vous paraître bien gratifiant de revoir cette scie fonctionner à nouveau je le serais moi !. Que dire de la qualité des pièces composant cette scie ?, bien que lors d'une utilisation normale en laissant bien travailler la lame elle devrait durer dans le temps maintenant lors d'une utilisation intensive j'émet un doute. Encore une très belle vidéo bravo ! A très vite pour de prochaine aventures, prend soin de toi...

Thank you for the video. My saw does squeaky noise and has basically no torque at cutting disc. The motor turns, but it is really easy to stop the disc. I assume there is some frictional clutch which has worn out. But from this video, I really do not see any clutch that could be fixed/replaced. Can you advise me please?
Cluch is the metal ring with bumps and the balls. Ring adjusts ball pressure which controls torque, making a kind of clutch. If balls are stuck due to dirt or gearbox head housing is broken, clutch will slip.

probably your gear tooths are broken off... or you have a bad motor with shorted windings ( as in the video).
