Finally someone who actually did replace the brushed motor with a brushless. Not a single human being in whole of youtube has ever done this ,although it is doable but for competirion reasons noone ever mentions it. By the way, everybody has thought of removing the brushed motor and replacing it with brushless.

I purchased brand new parkside brushless angle grinder and this nut ring which tight it's bent isn't flat and centrical. So i put normal ring from old grinder instead of quick fastening adapter.
The new ones are very poor quality, but this one is from pwsap 20 li C3🙂

Really great job ! Only thing... What about undervoltage protection ? Anyway I am impressed.
The low voltage protection is activated below 14.5V That is, the actual voltage of the battery when it drops to 15.5V and with a slight pressure it will drop to 14V and it will turn off.

The one from which the engine (Performance) was removed couldn't be repaired, so it was worth rebuilding and gluing another one?
The PWSAP 20-Li C3 does not have enough space for this controller in its housing.
Hello, you are using akfix 705, could make a test with ABS glueing? I would like to know whether it turns white (blooming) in the glue area after drying.
I think there will still be a white surface, but if you wipe with a gloss cleaner, I think it will disappear🤔

I'm not sure and I think the brushless motor is a bit big for this drill.

Brushless is great. But replacement for those carbon brush only $2 in my country so yeah. I rather not do all the hassle

I think it's not a special grease intended for angle grinders, because I didn't find anything in its description.

All power tools need high pressure grease. And when a lot of rpm are involved you should use either a little but thick grease or a lot of thin grease. Either way, sooner or later grease will be pushed to the sidewalls and won't stick on gears because of centrifuge forces.
