I tried some of these products and they didn’t work. I used the Cyspera religiously and always wore sunblock and I feel that it’s worse now than when I started. Not sure if I was doing it wrong but I followed the instructions. I also used the toner and face wash that was recommended.

FADED has cleared 90% of my acne scars since middle school. Stay consistent ! @@cachetapre7912 Honestly, I haven’t seen any real change. It wasn’t until I bought Palmer’s Skin Fade Cream and applied that to my blemishes is when the spots started faded away within two weeks. Everyone skin is different, so even though Faded didn’t work for me, it does seem to work for others.

Hi Merrissa. You didn’t ask me but I felt compelled to answer because I had this issue. I started taking 5000 IU Vitamin D3 + K, Zinc 50mg, and Liposomal Vit C in the morning with breakfast (it has to be taken with food or a healthy fat like an avocado or coconut oil to absorb. Then magnesium capsules and sometimes the magnesium powder drink in the evening. This has helped tremendously with my anxiety and depression, my migraine affliction, as well as overall health. I told my friends as well and they are believers as well. I hope this helps you in any way.

I also have vitamin D deficiency and my doctor said for me to buy 5000 IU of vitamin D (doesn’t have to be an expensive brand, I get mine from Sam’s Club) and for vit D to absorb well, either take a zinc supplement or magnesium supplement. Both aren’t necessary, just choose 1 unless you want to take zinc as well, but I don’t believe in taking a bunch of supplements in those you aren’t really deficient in if that makes sense (a multivitamin will suffice)
When you say stubborn hyperpigmentations, is there a point in which they are objectively permanent or a way to tell when it isn't too late to make progress and reverse some if not all of it? Istg despite rarely going out in the sun, my arms have a permanent tan and idk if that's age or something I can do something about, but I'd like to try reversing that if I can, even if it takes habit and lifestyle changes and a long time to see progress.
