The Gallup CliftonStrengths assesment can help you understand yourself better. Example : There are people who will come up with amazing plans but struggle to execute those plans because they have a " thinking mindset " and not a " executing mindset ". The CliftonStrengths assesment will point that out to you. Start with who you are and build any plan around you and not start with the plan and then try to fit into the plan. It's not natural and you will feel like a square peck in a round hole. The Gallup research on wellbeing is also interesting to help you have a fulfilled live.
