    I love your content. I wish more people would check out your channel. Way better content than channels that got hundreds of thousands of views each video.

    It would be nice if you put rep count and set count in these videos.

    Could you make a one-day training plan for me? I don't understand English and I don't know how to create a plan, how many exercises or series. Thank you very much in advance!!🙏

    What app r u using to measure the height of the jumps? What is the device being used to measure the isometric force against the wall? Are the platforms used under the deadlift bar hard or soft?

    Lifting fast does not induce power, Strength training coupled with skill training is what develops power.

      @vince11harris 6 місяців тому +6

      Power is develop by doing things at a high and fast rate. Many basketball players are very powerful because they do things at a high and fast rate

      @@vince11harris that is skill. Skill is highly specific. But throwing things or jumping is a skill in itself and doesn't transfer to other things. Power is just a mix of strength and skill.

      @@wilarz89true. But the skill you learn in those exercise definitely transfers. You don't really know what you are talking about tbh. Stop spouting.

      @@redmetalpanda9051 false. Skill is highly specific. If you want to improve a skill it has to be trained as it will in competition. Said principle. And principles of motor learning.

      @@wilarz89 you don’t need skill to be powerful. Wilder is a powerful boxer but that doesn’t mean that he has skill

    This is the epitome of science getting in the way of actual time tested strength training that produces actual strength and power. The gains in strength and power from these "scientific workouts" is neglegable at best. Want power? Train like olympic lifters. Want strength? Train like powerlifters and actual STRONG men. This is some weak ass nerd shit.

      I for one have done both weight training and boxing for years. Boxing for 15 years. I did powerlifting all through lockdown and it was detrimental to boxing. The strength doesn’t efficiently transfer over, this type of training put into a more traditional workout is great for not just your strength or power as a whole but specifically punching power within proper technique
