Tremendous. Thank you. Also very impressive that you can talk unscripted with no uhms etc. Exemplifies your tacit knowledge and more…as you can so clearly articulate this. Have a wonderful Memorial Day.
I appreciate your comments. I have steeped myself in the competencies. I really like them as a way to conceptualize holding a useful conversation. Thank you for the feedback. Have a wonderful Memorial Weekend :)
I like this understanding of this competency and your exploration of how WE are curious on behalf of the client!
Thank you Tracey, it is a partnership as you and I have discussed :)
Great way to start the day.
You know what they say, "A competency a day..." LOL
Lyssa, thank you so much for your generosity in supporting coaches like myself via these Core competency videos...i enjoy watching every one of them!
Thank you for saying so. I hope they support you in your coaching mindset :) I used to think the competencies were just words, but the more I have worked on my coaching, the competencies tucked in the back of my mind, the easier my coaching conversations have gone. They now feel like normal conversations, with the added zest of coaching with competencies.
@@LyssadeHart I look forward to integrating them with ease too! ❤
Thank you for sharing this Lyssa. Being curious on our coachees behalf is a powerful shift to reflect on.
Hi Karen, Yes! Being curious is powerful. Thank you for tuning in and please come back. If you have a specific topic or question you would like me to address, please message me.
Thank you Lyssa. I am just starting off my journey of being a coach, and I've got whole lots of questions, concerns, worries and all those kinds going on in my mind. Watching your video is surely calming down slowly and getting some clarity gradually.
Chantelle, yes, let go of the worries and just be fully present with your client. Easier said than done, yet totally possible. I am glad that the videos are supporting that awareness :)
Love the frame of “degree of usefulness” - thank you! Really appreciate your wisdom!
Hi Cathy, you are very welcome!
Thanks for sharing Lyssa
Thank you, Brighton. 😁
Your videos are absolutely fantastic!
Thank you @teodoraiuliapaucean5368 :) I am glad you like them 😃
Hi Lyssa. Thank you for all your generous videos, they are so helpful.
Can I ask for a little more detail on ‘ turning it over to the client’ ? Thanks so much
Hi @38Flowers, it has to do with being client-led but also trusting in the partnership between the coach and the client. If I, the coach, trust that my client is whole, capable, resourceful, and creative, then my questions are geared towards being curious and I turn over, finding a solution to the client. It's their work to do. I am not sure that answers your question? Let me know. :)
@@LyssadeHart Thanks Lyssa, really appreciate your answering!
