- How do we look at the nuances of what the coach is listening for? We'll review the framework and I'll share specific coaching examples to assist you. It will make a huge impact in your coaching conversations. Let's go!
From the ICF here are the written details.

Ĺove that you provide scenarios and examples to help explain topics❤❤❤
Yay! Glad to hear it's supporting your awareness as a coach. Thank you for the comment!
Wow, what courageous you were Lyssa that you trusted the process and relied on non-verbal clues without understanding much of the client's words
Hi Laszlo, thanks for the comment. I think it's a reminder to me that I don't need to know, in order to hold the space. :)
Really useful dissection of CC#6 - thank you!
Excellent to hear :) I am glad it was useful.
Beautifully explained, thanks for sharing
Super happy to hear it was a useful explanation 😀 happy coaching
Really appreciated this, like I have the other videos. One thing confused me, though. The list on the ICF website for "listens actively" is different than the bullets/points you enumerated here. I mean, not grossly different, but still, lots of different phraseology, etc. Just wondering what to make of that. For when you get a second....
Great questions and yes, just guessing here, but you are probably looking at the ICF Core Competencies and not the ICF PCC Markers. The PCC Markers are the behavioural indicators of the Competencies and when you are being assessed for a credential, they are the lens your assessor will use to view your coaching demonstration.
Where can we obtain those behavioral indicator markers?
On my website or on the ICF Coaching Federation Website - Look for PCC Markers. :)
