    I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hendon when he had a guest talk at my Uni. Amazing guy to talk to and very passionate about coffee.

    s not surprise that nobody will comment on your video, I had to put the video speed to 1.75 and listen to your BS .when you come with a step by step on how YOU should make an espresso on a mocha stove coffee maker, then people might be watching you.
    I hope you don't get pay out my taxes.

      And just to clarify, Professor Hendon uses coffee as an accessible way to explain the scientific process. His work at the University of Oregon focuses more on using computers to solve quantum mechanical problems. His website can be found in the video description.
