Hi, I just purchased this machine, sadly enough there are very little information on how to set it up. I'm new to an industrial and feel so frustrated. can't get the knee lift to work, I don't know if I'm threading it correctly because the diagrams on the manual are awful. I started to sew, and the machine froze, and error 07 code came out, the manual said to investigate, well that's a lot of help. Every machine I ever had there is a good instruction manual and videos, on this one there is nothing. I'm hoping someone post something to help.
Find manuals online. They have one for the error codes as well! They are not very informative but you can get the gist of it by looking at the pictures provided as well. Knee lift needed a bit of adjusting to get it to work for me. Look closely at the pics in the manuals you find online.
@@CoffinShapedCraftroom , thank you for your reply, I already done all of that, I get a code 07 and what the manual said is to investigate. I put it together but still the lack of info for people that are spending this kind of money is by far not acceptable. I'm pretty handy but it was a n unnecessary time wasted. Again, thank you kindly. Mymi
Hi, thank you for this video! I primarily make outdoor gear (bags, backpacks, etc.) and my Singer HD really struggles, so I'm considering the NA-11UT or the 1541. What is the lightest weight fabric you have sewn, or could sew, on the NA-11UT? I sew 300D-1000D cordura, canvas, nylon webbing, etc., but also lighter weight fabrics like fleece and 1oz - 2oz silicone coated polyester. I know the 1541 would be too much for the lighter fabrics, but how do you think the NA-11UT would do? Thank you!
Hi! I can sew 2 layers of quilting weight cottons if they have a lightweight cotton interfacing attached. It does not bunch up the fabrics and I can get a 2mm stitch length with this machine. I have sewn through super thick seams of 2 layers of 40g clear vinyl, a layer of marine vinyl with 6 layers of recycled poly canvas with cotton interfacing on them without issue. I love this machine! I believe it has the same bobbin style of the 1541 but foot size and style of the 1181n. Hope this helps!
@@CoffinShapedCraftroom Thank you, that is helpful to know! I see your machine has a full looking bobbin on top. Does the NA-11UT also have auto bobbin winding? I can't seem to find that info in the manual.
Hi my name is Kiva. I am the owner of Kivas Divine Design. I am in the very very early start up faze of my business. The final piece of equipment is an industrial sewing machine. I am going to be making bags/purses. I also want to get into leather work. I am considering this machine, juki 1181, the juki 1541, the juki 1481, or the sailrite fabricator deluxe. I was wondering how you are liking this Juki NA 11ut a ? Do you think it would be enough for real leatherwork.
Cool. I would like to say that if you are considering the 1181, you may like this machine! It has the same size foot and bobbin. This one has a computer to cut the thread, do backstitches automatically and an auto knee lift. I do a very small amount of leather on it because my bag tags are leather. This machine does great on them. I do have leather needles for this machine but have not used them in it yet. I love it and will be posting more videos about it as I get a chance. Thanks for the question.
Bro this machine can do zigzag. help me to get my 1st industrial sewing machine. I’m looking that do zigzag and straight stitch on Juki. For sandal and bag diy. Thanks

@@alexfeinland9388 yes, it winds a bobbin and shuts off when full. It also has a tiny thread cutter near it to cut off the bobbin when you need it.
