Keep in mind its not ultra gutted and had a stock converter. IT was designed around the nitrous and to still be daily drivable. It ran 9.7s pretty consistently on spray.
@@JLSpeed gotcha, that makes sense. I do think with modern tuning we have for the lt1 today you could push it a bit faster without nitrous it would be a monster with nitrous thought today ... but I know your on to different things

Great video, awesome car!! What’s the 0-60? I have a ‘14 RS/SS L99 Camaro with a K&N CAI, ported throttle body, BBK shorty headers (1 7/8), all baffles/resonators removed, into a 3” Borla Atak complete full length exhaust. I have the factory 20” rims on Continental Extreme Contact +P’s which work amazing. I haven’t had it dyno’d or tuned yet because I was thinking about running a 125hp nitrous kit on it but need some feedback from people regarding prices, functionality, wet/dry, etc. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated
That is damn good. have you taken it to the track? I would expect a manual to do much better since i have a stock stall my 60' is shit so my times are slower. but ive gotten a 10.9 consistently at around 130ish.
Damn that looked and sounded fast af. Prolly.not the best time but man that's quik......keep up the good work bro.you got supercharger work coming or anything like that
Angel Roa not at the moment, we will see how the car does tonight at the track and if I will need to step up to some 15” wheels. I would much rather try and stay on 17”
Rws is always gonna spin and lose traction. If you get good tires itll eliminate some wheelspin. But thats to be expected. And cars dont have the same high end pull and mph. They have the launches though. Idk I enjoy spinning and controlling it is a challenge. Gotta enjoy it not hate it....or just go buy awd. I love muscle cars and chevy so..I'm loyal for life. Never gonna buy awd or Japanese
It’s hard to do as the drag starts to count the moment you are at 60, so the times would be wildly inaccurate. Starting from 50-55 helps make sure the times are as close to real as possible. Either way the times are what they are and everyone measures it this way some even do it from even lower rolls....
You do it from as low a speed as you can there is nothing anywhere saying that is against the "rules" to do this it measures how quickly you get from 60-130 you don't have to start at exactly 60 and it would be pretty dumb if you tried doing that. You start as low as you can traction wise you'll get the best times that way and that is what 99% of others are doing so if you aren't doing it you're putting yourself behind the 8 from the start for no reason.
I ran 8.3 with just headers e85
2500 DA is nothing. Stays above 4500 DA for most of the year here in AZ....
Thanks really good. My Mustang A10 ran 9.0 with Intake, Headers, E85, weight at 3840.
Hmm, my A10 ran 9.6 with just a 93 tune and a catback exhaust, no other mods. What was the air temp when you ran it? 3705lbs btw.
@@10speeddave it was warm day like 65
@@AlekseiBykov i wouldn’t necessarily call that warm. I live in Texas so warm is like 100+ lol. My run was around 50 degrees

Good for you.
Post it
Low 11s at 130 NA on regular street pavement is awesome in my opinion.
Rhett Castillo hell yeah, ready to see what it does at the track for comparison
Forgetting the Nitrous

You think you’d got a better time with 103mm TB ?
On NA I don’t think so, the 103 is more better suited for boosted applications
