These are added to each stat, not chosen as to where they go. 2. You get additional bonus stats based on how much mana you dump into the reincarnation, up to 10 max at genius level. (Another 10 if its your 10th reincarnation at the same class and tier) 3. You get additional bonus stats based on how many stored levels you have at reincarnation, up to 200 max. So you can end up with 40 additional per stat + 220 to add as you see fit at the end of it all. One of the main benefits is the growth potential this offers as every time you level you get 42-50% of your base stat added to that stat, so the higher it starts out the higher you can go.

Actually, the real Overlord Zenon decided to "retire" and rebirthed himself as Rozalin, a girl who was born into the Snow Clan, which is Yukimaru's ninja clan, but before she grew up, the fake Zenon kidnapped her and destroyed the Snow Clan except for Yukimaru and Fubuki.
