    *Understand your own skin ladies, everyone is different* I love witch hazel. Rubbing alcohol will destroy my skin. I can't even use oil.
    If my skin is too sensitive that day, I use Rose Water but I always follow up with Aloe Vera.
    My skin is so dramatic, you breathe near it and it has a meltdown. Learn what works for you.

    I just found out that this can help with your skin care and makeup routine and that you save so much money just doing it by yourself. Your vid hands down so far is the most straightforward, inclusive (products you typically have around your place or can easily get), and the oil trick is what I think I have not seen in many vids. They keep using other stuff like exfoliators or nothing at all (😬) that I think my below basic skills and knowledge will not feel comfortable pairing with doing a very sensitive skin treatment.

      @mirandabates8116 3 роки тому +1

      This may sound crazy, but try sugar waxing them. When you shave, your only cutting part of the hair, and the reason it looks thicker is because the part of the hair that's under the skin is actually thicker, but with sugar waxing it pulls the hair out straight from the follicle, so IF it does grow back, it will be thinner since the whole hair has to grow back.

      Using a regular razor isn’t going to give the same effect as using an eyebrow razor, and you run the risk of shaving off more than you need to. However you can use baby oil in the place of olive oil.

    But generally, face hairs don't grow stronger?

    • @abijahxo
      @abijahxo  4 роки тому +1

      Yeah I don’t recommend doing this with hormonal issues because you never know what the outcome could be, but generally facial hair is softer than the hair on the rest of your body therefore it shouldn’t grow back thicker. I’ve been shaving my face for about 2 years and my hair has never grown back thicker before.

      Amamah Stone that’s a common misconception, your hair does not grow back thicker from cutting it off. It’s a Myth. By shaving you’re not altering the root at all. New hair growth is stubbly until it reaches a certain length, but it’s the same hair as before.

    • @empresslee8764
      @empresslee8764 4 роки тому +4

      @@yolandarobertson6202 i disagree. I have seen it happen to me even my face. The hair was faint but long. I got rid of it an it keep growing back so course i regret it

    • @yolandarobertson6202
      @yolandarobertson6202 4 роки тому

      @@empresslee8764 you may perceive it that way, but it's a fact that it does not actually grow back thicker. A hair is tapered at the end and fatter closer to the skin. When you slice off the top the shaft reemerges and for a short time appears more coarse since you're seeing just the thickest part of it growing out. Science shows that it isn't growing back thicker. It's unfortunate that illinformed people keep perpetuating this myth, even though it's easy to get real information these days.

      The hair on your face usually doesn’t grow back thicker when shaving so I’m thinking it wouldn’t be a problem. The only thing is you might have to shave more often. I shave my face once, maybe twice a month, you might have to do it more because of the MSM.

    • @abijahxo
      @abijahxo  4 роки тому +8

      1) It doesn’t hurt at all, the only part that stung for me was when I used the witch hazel at the end bc my witch hazel had alcohol in it, plus my skin is kinda sensitive. 2) The benefits are that it’s a form of exfoliation, so you’re getting rid of dead skin and hair/peach fuzz. So not only is your skin going to appear brighter and smoother, but if you’re a person that likes to wear makeup , your makeup application is going to go on so much nicer. It makes your foundation look flawless and less cakey. Overall it just feels nice in my opinion. & Thanks for watching!
