That’s what I was thinking!!! I typically find older men which isn’t an issue, but it’s so nice to find a female dermatologist after like a month of looking!
I tried this for the first time. I am of Indian decent and have a lot of facial hair. The products are pricey but I love how my face felt. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw how much dirt and hair came out. It is going to be my monthly routine. Thank you for doing this video.
My daughter (16 as of a week ago) and I both watched this video and oilplanned shortly thereafter. We were so amazed by how much came off. We couldn't stop laughing and smiling at ourselves in the mirror. Waiting for the week to go by to see what our skin looks like.
@@kayla5285 I forgot about this comment. Lol… I think it has helped. My son told me earlier this weekend my skin looked amazing. And I noticed that my dry eczema prone skin stays hydrated longer. 🥰
@@BlackGirlLovesAnime6 No I haven't. I'm going to do it again later today. I plan to do an Indian clay mask after and then apply fresh aloe afterwards. Hopefully, that's not over doing it.
I really don’t get the handful of people who come and give a thumbs down 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ u don’t have to watch all of this gorgeousness u know? Some of us watch and listen on repeat 🔂 thanks for educating doctor Stephens
Even though I've come to know that dermaplanning is fine to do, there were still some things I was worried about, but you helped to ease those worries. This video was really informative and now I can comfortably dermaplan, particularly more frequently, because I was leaving months and months in between!
Listen!!! This is how youtube videos should be, right to the point, factual informative, shows results, and step by step how to. I love it! New subbie over here 👋🏾
I don’t think I could like this video anymore than I do but you’ve explained everything so well. I’ve just tried it on myself at home and I’m amazed with how quick and easy it is!
I’ve been doing this way before I knew what it was but your video helped me with the proper ways to prep my skin and care for it afterwards, thank you.
Hello Doctor, first of all, thank you very much for creating this channel and sharing so much knowledge, secondly, I wanted to say that so much dedication is reflected not only in your number of followers and comments, but also that you have reached new frontiers, I am Brazilian and do not speak English very well but I'm here trying to translate pausing every moment, because its content and teaching are worth every second of the video! Please don't stop!
Would you please do a segment about under arms, dark spots, deodorants, antiperspirants, detoxing, baking soda, essential oils, apple cider vinegar, bacteria etc..
THANK YOU DR.A FOR EXPLAINING HOW TO SHAVE AND BEING HONEST. MOST BEAUTY PARLORS WILL SAY NOT TO SHAVE ETC BECAUSE THEY WANT YOUR MONEY. But your so HONEST that is why your BEAUTIFUL....❤
Saving the world one face at a time! Thank you such an amazing video with actual helpful content. Please create a video recommending skin routine/ products for the dry or dehydrated skin community!! Not all of us are oily. TIA
I was watching these two kind of arrogant estheticians who by all means we’re really good at their job but they were really discouraging this treatment as a DIY. Thank you so much Alexis for empowering us to do this, I’m sure if we’re being clean it’s not that bad hahaha yay!
Just came across this video today and want to thankyou for it! A couple years ago I had purchased the dermaflash luxe and it wasn't for me since I have dry skin and u can't use any type of oil or oil cleanser. It just pulled and tugged at my skin.I absolutely adored their pre flash prep cleanse but they don't sell it without the refill blades unfortunately as they r useless to me. I will definitely be buying the beginner friendly tool for the oil planing🥰🙏
I’m about to start watching her videos. She’s great at teaching! Oddly enough, I watched a video last night and this lady said to do upward strokes, yet it seems that everyone else says downward strokes?? Hmm..
Can you please do a video on sebaceous filaments? I feel like the pores on my nose and in the corners of my nose are constantly clogged no matter what chemical exfoliant I use.
Finally some one apply the derma planning with direction i hate it when dermatologist doing it on the opposite the direction of hair growth making the whole face red and irritated 😕😐🤦🏽♀️
I was literally thinking all day about how I wish I could schedule a dermanplaning treatment with my esthetician but was wondering what your thoughts were about “in-between appointment” dermaplaning at home. And thank goodness this was your most recent video! Yesss, I am obsessed with what it does to my skin, especially with serums and makeup application. 🤩
Just happened to bumped into this video and I’ll be watching mor and also using the information. Yes, her skin is beautiful and fresh and alive. Thank you
wow, I've never really thought about Dermaplaning before but I think you just sold me on it! Loved the step by step instructions and the info on why it works!
What a great educational video. Thank you for the step by step process, the do's/ do nots & pro tips. I'm looking forward to trying this complexion enhancing treatment. Cheers 😉🌷
I absolutely love your videos, I have an olive complexion, I too am afflicted with eczema. It used to only be on my hands and feet but for the last 10 years I started getting it on my face. Your videos are so educational, I love how you explain everything so well and don’t condescend. Your skin is amazing. Your videos are constantly playing in the background while I work. You truly are AMAZING
You have absolutely gorgeous skin!! I was wondering would this be okay for someone with a hormone imbalance/PCOS? I'm really worried about excessive hair growth.
Your skin looks amazing Dr. I respect and trust your opinion MOST because you are a specialist. HOWEVER, I DONT THINK ITS ANY DIFFERENT THAN SHAVING THE SKIN? I also invest a bit in skin care and also in exfoliating products but I am very skeptical towards this. I DO threading to remove my facial hair but I dare not put knife. Not sure about this.
Thank you! This is really trending at the moment and this information is so insightful, these videos are lovely. You are so beautiful and have a smile that lights up the room 😊
