Love seeing the drive into Bowman ND. That's a nice clean town. Where you are staying looks to be a nice secure place to get some R&R. I would like to see the museum as to what they have to show.Enjoyed and thanks!
🙋Hello Russ! That is a really nice camp ground. Simple. I love the drone footage & seeing all around the area! I hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow! Get some much needed rest tonight.
I went to Bowman,ND many years ago. I've never forgot looking of the side of the road was the name of Bowman written with large rocks. I believe that it was upon entering from the east side( possibly ,not exactly certain). I vaguely remember a museum that had a triceritops( I think that's how it's spelled) skull. I loved it there, like to go back one day.
I noticed when you first got to the campground the U.S. flag was flying lower than the Canadian flag and the state flag which is improper protocol but when you flew the drone the U.S. flag was at the higher position. I'm glad someone fixed it.
@@mrbr549 I thought that might be the case but I can't find any information on what the protocol is for any other flags being flown when the US flag is at half-staff.
I watched this twice, once with the sound off and again with it on. Both times were good. Thank you for not having the camera up your nose most of the time trying to show off your looks :) I know you tub likes when they do that but I want to see what you're seeing, not you and a few random things over your shoulder. Good video.
That is some neat stuff to welcome you to Bowman. I am surprised that they can put this neat stuff out for folks to walk under. Those Airplanes are a liability since they have moving parts up in the air. SAFE TRAVELS
G’day from a cool Melbourne Australia. Great video mate. Love the drone shots. Is it a Spark? I have traveled nearby here quite a few years ago. My wife & I missed a flight to Florida so we decided to hire a car in LA & drive to Mt. Rushmore thinking it would be 2-3 days.... 5 day later we arrived exhausted but a wonderful trip indeed. I had to go back and see that for myself. It’s at the entrance of the camp ground. Somebody doesn’t know the rules. The US Flag in the USA is always suppose to be above any other flags, especially other country flags.
Thanks for sharing, as I lived in Bowman in the 60's
Thanks for sharing. Me and my family lived in Bowman for 3 cold years 🥶❄️2016-2019. Lots of memories in this small city

I'm enjoying your videos Russ.I'll have to win the lottery before I can visit USA as I live in Australia.
That looked like a nice little town. Thanks for taking the drone out the second time. We get to see so much more with the drone. Talk soon. Cheers!!!

Marie Jakowski It looked like U.S. flag was at half mast.

I like this place, it's both beautiful and desolate.
Thank you!
Hi! Russ; Can you give us an idea of the equipment you use for filming and audio. You do a great job.
Been going to bowman since I was 4 weeks old
Quiet little campground for some R&R. Happy trails.
Drove across that bridge last year in the Roadtrek never do that again.

Cool 😎 land of the nuclear missile silos and minuteman missiles back in the day. Stay safe
It looks strange that there are hardly any trees around

How much was the campground per nt..
No answer?!?
From what I found it is 25.00 a night .
Howdy
Nice not to buy ice all the time.
Wondering why that Canadian flag is flying above our flag

@@wanders175 Half-mast?
mrbr549 Could be.
better butte view than butt view lol. the quonset buildings are prob for heavy snow loads. snow would slide right off them.
