GIGANTIC Pavlova meringue roll which made my family love me

Welcome to the first episode of the "I don't know what I'm doing" series, in which I will try to recreate interesting recipes with ... well, with different results :D
Today's baking was quite a challenge, because I've made Pavlova meringue a few times, but never in the form of a roulade.
Fortunately, despite a few skirmishes, she turned out great. It is the perfect dessert for the summer. Instead of jam, you can also add seasonal fruits, such as strawberries, cherries, nectarines, etc :)
