I train hard, have abs, sub15 % body fat. Pretty defined. I train chest well, upper and lower chest, but i dont have a masculine defined chest. Ive heard a surgery can reduce this by cutting literal breast tissue from your chest... which obviously a man shouldn't have. I have had this tissue for years and no matter how well i train and eat, this tissue doesnt go, what would you recommend or should i try this surgery when im older?

Deodorant are not made to make you smell good they are made to reduce sweat, you need to shower before putting fragrance and deodorant it even says on some deodorants and perfumes do not put on bad odor cuz their not made to mask the bad smell their made to enhance the good smell
