Maybe Manscaped is a good trimming set. But i just use Philips trimmer and classic shaver with 3-4 razors and everything's fine. Plus my secret tip is that you should use aftershave cream on your private bodyparts too. Skin in these places is thinner and the risk of getting cut is bigger.

You don't necessarily need exactly a bidet. Most people use flower watering cans to use as a bidet. There's other ways to wash down there if you don't have a bidet.
