I feel like this was the pinnacle, korn is my all time fave band but when I see them from this era, I get so jealous of people who lived it, there aesthetic, the sound, everything, truly one of the best bands ever, not just for metal, but for music as a whole
Sorry guys, i disagree, imo ray has brought more to the growth of the music than david, but i can't argue with bordin because i'm die hard FNM also.. post 2017 and later you can tell ray is alot more comfortable with the older stuff. Granted he doesn't "groove" like david, but he is awesome. Seen them 2 out of the last 3 years and was going again this till it got cancelled(my DREAM show with FNM of course..soooo pissed!) Imo though, ray has become an essentual part of korn now.
Munky is using a Phaser set at a very fast rate, probably a MXR Phase 90 or an EHX Small Stone. I would assume he then uses his volume knob or a volume pedal to make the notes swell in.

Even though Korn isn't as good as they used to be their new album released in 2016 is actually really good. But of course it will not sound the same as oldschool Korn... but that is the point because they can't just sound the same for their whole career, they gotta try out new stuff.

Yup. Looking at all the drummers who played with korn; Jordison, Bordin, Bozzio and David, Ray ends up being disappointing.
