Hey so not sure how much you guys bulked so I'll bring this up: I'm pretty sure I saw a Dusk Stone in your Dept Store so if I did... and Kristine is still alive you should be able to evolve her to Mismagius.

Shady i got my daughter a lego table last year for Christmas and she still plays with it every day. She is always tearing her city down to build a new one.
The whole growing up doing a sport that you love convo resonates with me I raced go karts from the age of 5 to 15 and had to give it up bc racing took a lot of money that we couldn’t afford the older I got the more expensive racing got. @@KryptonicShadow He does, a few episodes ago he mentioned that if he can find a dusk stone this would be good or something like that. He just didn't notice it in the Department store
This entire series has been peak content, every episode is must watch Poke content with the twists, turns, and call back. Happy New to everyone can't wait to see what else the Dads and Uncle Cenzo has in store.
I felt that whole conversation about childhood activities but especially Shady talking about his daughter 'cause that was probably my parents' position when I was growing up. I can say that as a kid I knew I was good at art and I knew I wanted to keep getting better at it and I liked doing it so that's why I pursued it. My mom found me different art classes to join, my high school art teach did private tutoring with me and I'd do this summer art job for a few years and really liked all of it. She even found sewing classes for me when I got interested in sewing. But the burnout is absolutely real. It didn't get to me until I graduated college and it hit hard. I'm 35 going on 36 now and I'm just now settling into how I really wanna pursue art. There's definitely a delicate balance between making art for profit and making art for yourself which I'm still working out myself.
I saw vinny's livestream where he ran a marathon and had like only 3 miles left.. super proud of you my man! 🙏🏻 I could never do that and I'm only like 70kg at 1.83m (154lbs at 6 foot)
Such a great episode with the nice podcasty dad talk which was very genuine and focused. Loved it. And i literally pogchamped faced at the Focus band pop... That was INSANE!
I have to say thank yall for this channel and what yall do I lost my son in June he was 13 months old he was the light of my life and yall have helped me. And realize that I wouldn't change being a father that my amazing son. Talking about what your kids will do when they grow up and hoping they are successful, made me think what I would want and hope that my son would pursued when he would of been an adult. Thank you guys
Getting to see that Dylan clip again is a surprise I didn't expect, but gave me an awesome laugh 😂 Christmas was solid got to see all my family, I made a new dessert for the first time and everyone loved i. I just wanted to say I really enjoy hearing about you all talk about the gym grind. It helps me keep going on my gym goals. I'm trying to get back to get in to better shape and health for my family. I'm also doing it so I can join the military something I've always wanted to do.
This is aimed at Vinny, when it comes to playing music (depending on the school) for band the parents are expected to pay a private teacher to do a 30-60 minute lesson. The band director will talk to the parent before the student starts doing band. I played trombone for 12 years and either had lessons paid for by my parents (pre college) or by my tuition money (college) Dont know anything from a sports stand point because all I did was run track 🤷🏻♂️ Love the video! And am a fellow dad!
Most relatable sports convo I've ever heard! I got burnt out in highschool on sports I hated to play but was good at... Shout out college age me now realizing if I just locked in I could've been really really good
Happy new year fellow dad's being dudes. I been behind on the vids that I binged the last 6 episodes in time to watch this one to bring in the new year. Thank you for making my day with great content.
8:32 I don’t know your son’s age but I was around 4-5 when I would watch my dad play horror games and would try them and lose. A lot of those games I went back to 10 years later and are now favorites
Late comment, but this is a great birthday present for me! Wasn't able to watch it on my actual birthday😅, it was such a great video and that focus band was so hype! Mr. Anchor is just built different I guess 😂Can't wait until the next video!!!
Dylan needed help from a battle a 2nd grader could've won all the while Mr. Vinny had the hardest battle by far and they didn't help him at all... lol Dylan owes Vinny 50 gifted for being dramatic
Lilo and Stitch is such a good movie. I watched it somewhat recently with my mom and brother and brother, and by the end we were like this hits different
On the topic of children being naturally gifted at sports or talents, my dad was wrestled. He traveled the world wrestling people. He left me metals from Mexico City, the Soviet Union, New Zealand, it's super cool. He passed when I was 1 or 2, and I never really knew him. But I'm sure as hell built like a wrestler. I did it for 1 year in like 5th grade, smoked everyone in every practice, and I never competed. I just never did wrestling again after that. And god do I wish I did. I'm 23 now. I truly believe that I would have been like a D2 or D1 wrestler.
Had a great Christmas. Got some cool stuff. Gave my family members some cool stuff. But the best present I got was giving the girl I’m interested in something she told me she loved and was perfect for her. No better feeling than making someone who is special to you feel special.
For the hobby/passion/career discussion re: kids, I just wanted to put my little story out there as another perspective to look at and consider: Starting at age like 9-ish, I started drawing a ton. I had notebooks filled cover to cover with Powerpuff Girls and Pokemon, and my parents knew that I loved drawing. Id be drawing during church sermon all the time and theyd get mad at me for not paying attention, so they knew it was something i thoroughly enjoyed. When it came time for me to go to high school, i really wanted to go to two specific trade/arts schools. One was for its prestige, and the other was a backup plan because my best friend at the time was going to that one. But my parents wouldnt let me go to either. I had to go to the college prep/educationally prestigious high school instead because i had such good grades in middle school and elementary. My parents believed i would never make a career or money out of art, so they went the educational route. This is probably where my story will differentiate substantially from where yours might end up in the future. In the end, my parents had never saved up anything to help me fund college, and because my grades as a freshman & sophomore in high school were so bad - because i didnt want to go to that school, i couldnt pursue my passion of art, and so i was extremely depressed and acting out - i couldnt get accepted into universities or colleges due to my poor grades. They got significantly better in my junior and senior years, and i learned to take pride in my smartness and knowledge of general things, but those first two years screwed me over so poorly that i still have never gone to college and never had an official art class. I personally feel like if i had been able to go where i wanted to for high school, and learned more about art and color theory and stuff, id be more inclined today to draw all the time like i used to in high school. I could have turned it into a career, i did sell commissions from time to time in my high school and early 20s, but i always felt stagnant and didnt have the time to pursue art classes after becoming an adult since i had to immediately go into the minimum wage work force. All of this is to say: I have full faith that you 3 dads will listen to your kids and pay attention to their passions, but also, please dont make it such a difficult decision of "should I teach them how to make money with this passion? Or teach them how to make a career a different way?" Personally, I think you should lean into their passions and let them ride those out for as long as they want. They can figure out the career thing once they're an adult, but they wont have all the time in the world to practice their hobbies and passions like they do now, as kids. 😊
I'm so glad that I am not the only one that was really into something until my parents tried to drive it hard and then I just kinda stopped. I loved drawing as a kid and my parents were like "You like drawing? Ok we signed you up for this drawing course where you have to complete certain drawing tasks and stuff" and I'm sitting here like "I just like to draw dinosaurs and pokemon" lol and I literally just stopped completely. Kinda hate that I did but there were so many things that I feel like my parents thought would be better for me as a career than just some kinda fun thing to do.
It's so fun hearing them talk about weight lifting. Back in HS I was a national level wrestler. I wrestled at 128 my senior year, my walk around weight in off season was around 145. My peak bench press at 128 was 260, dead lift was 425 and squat was 360. Give or take a few pounds, it's been about 10 years since then 😂
The conversation around 30 minutes in about kids and their hobbies/what their talented at really hit close to home. I've always been huge for my age, and I'm actually around 6'4, 320 pounds right now. Around half muscle, half fat. Everyone I have ever known has pushed me to play football because of my size and natural talent. I played it through 8th grade and stopped after that because I literally found no fun in it any more. I was pushed to play it so much that the whole sport was killed for me.
Shady will appreciate that my mother in law upgraded my EDH game with a new mat, double deck box and a ton of sleeves. Teach your beardless son the ways of mtg shady!
Hearing these guys be happy being 150s and healthy is crazy to me. Been a labourer for quite some time and I know I'm healthy and I'm sitting at a solid 240. But maybe being bulk and 6'3 makes a difference. I've never been to the gym so I guess i don't know exactly what I'm talking about, just what the doc says lol. She says I'm healthy and in great condition, then I'm healthy and in good condition
11:05 my son (3) is in LOVE with breyer horses right now so he got a ton of horse stuff including a new barn we found that was handmade from the amish around where we live, he wanted some "poke-me pons" (pokemon lol) he requested (by name) Psyduck, Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, and Squirtle; and at target they have some real high quality pokemon toys for decently priced (for the quality) it was 6-8 $ per pokemon , highly recommend. also; i must be real lucky..... 12:46 my kiddos go to bed at 8pm, sometimes not fall asleep til 830 or 9 but then they'll sleep til 9am halfway through my workday lol
38:35 Fun fact - If you follow the official Monopoly rules found in the rulebook that comes with the game, even if you do trades, the game won't last more than 2 hours as the official rules force buying and spending far more than what people tend to do when playing by house rules.
Dylan, a fantastic Star Wars board game is Star Wars Rebellion. You're pretty much reenacting the original trilogy and it's balanced super well between the rebels and empire.
“Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has A Glitch” is also very sad. Heck the series on Disney Channel has some sad episodes too. And don’t even get me started on “Leroy and Stitch”. 😢
Talking about children's path in life- Do what you want to do. Maybe not what you're best at, but what you want to do. If you love it enough and are devoted to it, doorways will open up - proficiency only takes time and care, some may learn easier, but all will learn with time As for monetising/passion- business is still kind of good, learning how to make more passive income and being able to value your time, having time for hobbies or what you care and family
I'm only a cat dad, but y'all inspired me to try my first nuzlocke. I found a randomizer, and was doing alright until Roxanne's ace was Raquayza which had Grim Neigh or something, since it got a SpDef and SpAtt buff when it killed one of my mons. Learning the pains of randomization the hard way over here.
What randomizer did you find? I’d like to start one myself. Also, unless that randomizer has custom abilities and stuff, there no ability that raises sp.atk and sp.def after killing a mon.
@@Quantum_Magnus I think it had Soul-heart. You can find a video with a link on the UA-cams. Pokemon Randomize 2024 or something like that is the title.
Anekdote for the hobby topic: my parents forced me to choose a martial arts as soon as I went to middle school. I could pick the sport myself but my father would then choose the institution for me. The reason for this was because I was an inncocent looking girl and they fearwd I was an easy target. I ended up choosing Taekwondo over kickboxing (my whole fanily did kickboxing) and I turned out to be gifted at it. I quickly raised up in my belts and I LOVED it. Taekwondo changed my entire life in sooo many ways. At 18 after my black belt examination I had to quit for personal reasons and I still miss it at 30 years old
Vinny that little legs shout out to fabletics may have sold me. I have probably the most annoying body type. I'm just shy of 6 FT but I need a 27 inch pant length. Built like a friggin penguin...
so i've been doing some at home workout since i can't get into a gym currently but yesterday i had an ingrown toenail removed but im at 269/270 and i started i think 2 months ago at 282 so im not sure if that's good progress but ever since i was told not to do anything physical for a while i just got sad cause i enjoy doing the workouts and walking it's like a mood booster as well but now i can't do any of them for a while but does anyone know if there's anything i can do for workouts without needing to like do a lot on my feet or anything maybe something like sit-ups in a way?
So my wife a couple months back got a squeaky elephant toy for our son and I kept saying “you got him a dog toy!!” We had so much fun bantering back and forth about it, little did we know that our little 6 month old is very much like a dog any way xD chews on everything he can get his hands(paws) on xD drool ever where, needs all the cuddles xD
They call me focus band Cenzo! Happy new year moms and dads! 😊

I would have basically thrown in annoyance when the volt absorb came out 🤣 "fuck it, not my day" 🙈
44:40 I love how Shady and Dylan are focused on his easily winnable battle when Vinny is literally about to die on screen.
He was quietly dying the focus on his face was hilarious 😂
Dylan was more likely to lose one mon
But Vinny was more likely to get swept and lose the series, almost everything was one hit from death
Focus Band is 100% gonna be utilized by Vinny whenever he can in projects like this from now on
Omg, Anchor Vinny focusing his inner Frank.
Gotta be one of the worst things to do
Vinny isn't a dad
Dylan and Vinny’s reaction at 32:00 was amazing.
Pg-13 Shady coming out in the open.
That was priceless
Are we not gonna talk about the THREE MANAPHYS, TWO RAYQUAZAS, the fact Dylan and Vinny fought a kakuna and metapod at the same time AND THE FOCUS BAND MAN THAT WAS WILD 💀 Dads being coincidental (love your stuff dading duders ❤)
37:20 Underrated moment: Watching Dylan perfectly navigate the gym puzzle with barely any wasted movement while telling a story about board games. So satisfying.
Shady i got my daughter a lego table last year for Christmas and she still plays with it every day. She is always tearing her city down to build a new one.

YOOOOO!!! Liar’s Dice?!?! We played that every year at my family reunion. My cousins and I still play and we must talk like a pirate. It is so fun
THAT FOCUS BAND POP WAS HUUUUUUUUUGE!!!! FRANK WOULD BE SO PROUD!!! HAPPY NEW YEARS, EVERYONE!!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Vinny you killed that gym fight, your team isnt the best lol and it was hard. nice job!
38:35 Fun fact - If you follow the official Monopoly rules found in the rulebook that comes with the game, even if you do trades, the game won't last more than 2 hours as the official rules force buying and spending far more than what people tend to do when playing by house rules.
This episode proved Vinny is the anchor being.
Focus band was insane. Most insane thing I’ve ever seen in a Nuzlocke….
Dylans ability to cut everyone off never fails, like let people finish talking
37:30 Scythe is one of my family's favorite games too!! It is such a good one
Talking about children's path in life-
Do what you want to do. Maybe not what you're best at, but what you want to do.
If you love it enough and are devoted to it, doorways will open up - proficiency only takes time and care, some may learn easier, but all will learn with time
As for monetising/passion- business is still kind of good, learning how to make more passive income and being able to value your time, having time for hobbies or what you care and family
Wow the amount of Manaphy you faced in this episode. It’s crazy.
I tore my shoulder powerlifting after loosing 150lbs… do NOT get right onto a flat bench. Great advice from the dads.
that focus band pop was so clutch i had clenched my buttcheeks when i read sky uppercut 😂😵💫
That focus band had me shook. That was crazy
At 18 after my black belt examination I had to quit for personal reasons and I still miss it at 30 years old
Love them not paying attention to Vinny at all gambling ampharos against that walrein
I love how I can make my brain forget the upload schedule so I can be surprised everytime
Vinny that little legs shout out to fabletics may have sold me. I have probably the most annoying body type. I'm just shy of 6 FT but I need a 27 inch pant length. Built like a friggin penguin...
When this series ends we need a Vinny being the anchor montage
so i've been doing some at home workout since i can't get into a gym currently but yesterday i had an ingrown toenail removed but im at 269/270 and i started i think 2 months ago at 282 so im not sure if that's good progress but ever since i was told not to do anything physical for a while i just got sad cause i enjoy doing the workouts and walking it's like a mood booster as well but now i can't do any of them for a while but does anyone know if there's anything i can do for workouts without needing to like do a lot on my feet or anything maybe something like sit-ups in a way?
During shadys "philosophy convo" his huge power Luxray got swagger. I legit thought he was gonna lose it right there.
🙌🥳 New Years Eve with the Dads doing dude things. Happy new years and be safe
