Probably won’t see this but Shady just so you know pooping once a day is extremely healthy and it’s what we should be doing. Big pharm/ corporate America who ever you want to blame has pushed this mind set that we should be pooping 3+ times a day. But pooping once a day is a clear indicator that your body is functioning properly and your bowels are breaking down what you eat perfectly. I’m not a poop doctor but I do believe observing our stool is a great way of observing our health even if it is gross.

Right now all I do is stream Pokemon fangames and Romhacks but it's going well so far! You two are my favorite to watch and love your games and challenges. I just tore my rhomboid two weeks ago. It’s still constant pain but rehabbing it helps. Light band work and light dumbbells to activate the muscle. Massage and cold packs help too. The doctor said stay away from hot packs. You’ve helped me on my gym journey.. just hit the 1000 pound club a couple months back. Thanks for the motivation Shady! I pray your back heals quickly
