The only watch you need is the Casio DW5600, not expensive, durable, approved by NASA. Smartwatches are cool but have a battery that lasts only a day or 2 and most of these watches aren't cheap at all.

Brought to you by G Shock. Last a whole year. On mine, the alarms went. Then the battery. Had a professional dealer change the battery, and it was impossible to set on time again. Nice souvenir. Might be useful to a special operator on a one year deployment. Get a timex.
@incativated But how does it function? I see a lot of pretty things that are really expensive that are total garbage (in general, not being specific about the video).
Luminox claims they are the watch of the Navy Seals. I have talked to two different Seals and they said it's baloney. Most wear the G-Shock. They also both said there is no one watch issued to Seals. I consider it a total misrepresentation of their watches or out and out lie.
You need to add the 24 hour simple timex from Walmart. Took it with me on 2 deployments never failed me. Never broke and always ticked. It wasn't as fancy as some of those other ones.
@@Sool101 For GPS your need to be connected and pinged by 3 satellites, wdym "dont go on line" thats what GPS is all about. BTW locating something offline cant be used on a map and its far to inaccurate to be used.
@@thefistofshadow7392 yeah I get your point though. But let's compare it with an fm radio, it's basically passively receiving. Anyway, a news station in the country where I live recently bought data online, since its for sale. For just a couple of thousand dollar they bought data from over 100 000 people (if I'm correct). That data is always anonomized btw. And there it was. That 'anonymous' data showed every trace users had been uploading so it was fairly easy to see where everybody lived, worked, shopped, relative, friends, everything. So all you need to do is do a Google search on who lives on the adres shown by the GPS data and from there it gets pretty scary in my opinion. Even military personell were exposed. So, off line GPS no problem, just be aware of what apps have permission to upload when you get back online. One can block it but since everybody uses so many apps it's difficult, too difficult for some to filter and get a grip on it. Just be aware but I think you already are mate so let's agree. Take care.
Rugged military time watches... those made for regulation enforcement, army and outside fanatics... often include many "subdials". A subdial, or a subsidiary dial because it's sometimes referred to as, is a small dial that's located within the watch face. To learn more watch this video: ua-cam.com/video/uFCYNKyCXOw/v-deo.html
No marathon GSAR? come on.. there’s not a tougher watch on this earth. And comparing luminoux and gshock with a Breitling? Those are $200 watches and Breitling doesn’t have a single thing under $2,000.
You got it right man. Soldiers don't make that much money so they arent going to go buy a breitling or rolex or the fake brands that sell themselves as military approved. Timex, gshock, Suunto, casio protrek. Cheap under 200 dollars is all anybody uses. Usually more digital than analog. Lets face it, youre in the middle of a desert in Afghanistan. You need the date, time, alarms. Oh I forgot to add the point that these smart watches may be good for function, but how does a soldier have time to worry about charging his frickin watch? He doesnt, so thats why either solar or battery that lasts.
Just ordered mine today. Been looking at it for a while. Finally "pulled the trigger" so to speak. Can't wait to get it. I think I have read every review and watched every video about it on UA-cam.

:)))) Thanks for watching!
Lmao
No need for a barometer on my watches.. my headaches give me at least 48 hr headups on inclement weather
Meanwhile in the military: soldiers wearing an inexpensive DW-6900
Rudolf Wickond DW 6900 BB
They spend all the money in dumb shit..like 40 million dollar robot horses..oh the country we live in sucks

@@ashokkumarsanyacy3710 DW-5600 40-60€. The solar and radiocontroled DW-5610 85-120€. For my is, by far, the best tough watch ever made.
Agree.
Where can you buy an original Shock in the Philippines?
Marathon GSAR is another great watch to consider.

What ones can measure the distance you run ? The video won’t load for some reason
Can anyone suggest me which one should I buy.
Mudmaster ggB100 or Mudmaster gg1000
OMG last 2 watches amazing
Casio Japan ❤❤❤
Great value watches
I really like your Military Watches For Men Video. Keep up the good work.
Thanks a lot.
you know this list is wrong when you see a luminox
And also when you don't see a single Marathon model at all.
Adrian Pereira I really like the look of the Luminox but I hear so many mixed reviews. What's your personal experience with them?
@incativated But how does it function? I see a lot of pretty things that are really expensive that are total garbage (in general, not being specific about the video).
I hope you're talking from the experience of having a luminox....
People talks about paris, without having been in Paris
New HM Armed Forces G-Shock MOD coming out next year. Will be great to get a look at it. Can't go wrong with a G-Shock.
I don't see how smart watches can be a military grade, who's going to be able to charge them when away from base?
AussieBlokeGordo Well you ware Them in combat too
.
Go for the Casio tough solar....
I am wearing ProTrek prw60 at Korean army. Perfect
Annyong haseyo!
Background music to cut your throat by, never knew which watch we were looking at.
I see the Garmin Tactix Charlie did not make the cut? Any reason why?
All the casio models are the best then Victorinox,Rolex,Citzen
background music name please????????

The pro Trek, the garmins, and the sunnto are useless, you have to charge those everynight, and you missed the Casio Mudmaster GWG-1000, greetings!
And there is another chance to get watches such that kind Casio HDC-700 they have been in extreme weather condition and so far no problem!
I wore G-Shock Mudmaster GG-1000 and G-Shock Steell and Suunto Core Black too...
Man,casio is the best watch brand in the world,no coments

Can you tell me what about the battery life longe is?
Most watches last from 2-4 years on a battery
Though the longer an old battery is in the watch you will have less accurate time counting
But digital watches will remain accurate unless the battery turns it on and off because of low power
Rangeman over anything
I like the music

Timex are very good watches even though they are inexpensive. Thanks for watching!
John Cameron Swasey..
Is that you? Still ticking?

the list incomplete without victorinox inox!!!
And the gps work to found places?
If a watch isnt a G Shock, Just avoid TOUGHTNESS.
Garmin is the best quality ever but price little high, Similar design Tactical Smartwatch V4 looking good as well.
The favourite watch of idf is gshock u see them everywhere.
Rangeman for me!!
The G Shock Rangeman is a wonderful watch! Thanks for watching!
gps watches are bad for being a military watches.
you need to know that
As long as you don't go on line you'll be fine.

All good till your battery takes a shit on you in the middle of no where.
Second watch rate
Why Casio GG1000 and no GWG1000????? You need a battery for the first, sun for the other....
Unfortunately there are so many GShock watches and is not easy to choose one. Thanks for watching!
True! GWG-1000 way better than GG - why have the GWG in the thumbnail for the video then not include it? Clickbait crap....🙄
Gila ini model monoponik ya dicari ya bukan monoponik ya arloji ada lingkar dan arah garis ada konstan ada tidak
Victorinox,Rolex,Citzen, never made test their watches in the mud never
