Driving Around Detroit Ghetto Grixdale Neighborhood in 4k Video

Filmed on Monday, May 7 2024, I drive around Grixdale Farms in Detroit, Michigan to see what's going on.
Some of its stately homes sit on double-sized tree-lined lots built in the 1920s and 1930s. Once farmland owned by the Grix family. Platted in 1913 by Frank Grix as the Grixdale Home Park Subdivision.
The stretch of Woodward Ave. (between 6 Mile and 7 Mile Roads) along Grixdale Farms is recognized as the first full mile of concrete paved road in the United States.

Curious as to your criteria for the classification of “ghetto”. It’s just an older neighborhood with some unkempt houses. No more so than some of the neighborhoods in Arizona and Nevada that you drove through.

I don’t mean to disrespect anyone, the videos get many more hits with ghetto in the title because people are using the word ghetto as a search term.
I’ve gotten many negative comments from my use of the term in video titles and I appreciate you asking respectfully instead of calling me names. I’d prefer not to put ghetto in the title but the proof is in the pudding, the videos get a lot more exposure when I do.
