Wow, amazing song and video, I just heard your other song, "steady goin nowhere" on louderback, after that, and this, you guys are one of my new favorite bands
I need you to get together with Jody Pate so bad. I was locked up with him at a boot camp type facility for 6 months when I was a little younger. Neither of us in there for anything horrible. We became inseparable. Myself as a writer, poet etc. He as the best keyboardist since Ray Manzarek and an incredible guitarist as well. And all around great musician that has written some songs that just send chills up my spine. I also think he inherited the ghost of Jerry garcia. LOL. He and his wife tour around the country in a van playing music together. Ben you guys would be an amazing match. You should at least let me try to get your band and he and his wife to meet each other. I believe both of you guys would be grateful for that for the rest of your lives.
Sadly no. I told Jody Pate about it. He was excited about meeting and playing with a like minded artist. ( They even kind of look alike.. 😂 ) I wish they would play together at least once. It would change all of their loves, and THE WORLD WOULD NOTICE!
Dear Ben. You sing songs with a poignant story behind it. The one about cowboys and Indians was great. Look up “ Trail of Tears”. I’m sure you could write a song that would do homage to these people. Love your music.
Ben please see my message here about playing with Jody Pate and Amy Griggs (Jamie and the Dreamers) Jody is a dear friend, amazing artist and musical genius. You guys are so perfectly matched it is beyond description. THE WORLD WOULD NOTICE. And it would change your lives. Trust me on this. Im 51, Ive been around man. I mean I have been around. You would be so glad you did. It would be one of those situations where you think of how bad it could have been had you not done that one thing.
Amazing music. Who else here from Loudermilk?
This is the music you crack a beer to and enjoy life for a few minutes! Hope more is to come
I will never understand why Ben is not more famous.
