    🙄🍊Hi Christy!! I'm glad you're back and you're doing well!! 💐
Flu is a serious matter, at some point we know that it will pass, but in the meantime, the feeling of having lost health is difficult to overcome... Once in the middle of a flu, I had the idea, intensely and painfully, that I would never get back. feel good... shortly after I heard an interview in which a doctor, coincidentally, touched on this subject... depending on the virus, how it affects the brain, it can trigger symptoms of depression...
Now, I love that JSJ offers tools to deal with with all this, mind, body and so on!!
Stay beautiful and healthy, shine baby!! 🧡

Hi Rita, thank you so much! Ha, when I get really sick I too invariably have this time when I'm finally on the mend that I think I'll never get better. I always assumed it was because I didn't have the energy to fret before that point and it's a sign I'm getting better.
Hurray for JSJ! Stay beautiful, healthy, and shiny, too. I appreciate your insights, as always. 💜🙏🏻

Actually I’m really interested in the Jin Shin Jyutsu. I’ve not heard of this technique before. I’d like to know if there is a way to stimulate the lymphatic system. I have had severe lymphedema in my left leg, foot to upper thigh for 3 yrs now. I have tried everything short of acupuncture so far to return my leg to normal with no success. I had cancer eight years ago, had hysterectomy, and removal of lymph nodes to check them, so I am sure that’s the cause lymphedema. It didn’t occur until I sprained my ankle not once but twice. 🤦‍♀️ from then on very lg leg, I am tall and thin which makes shoes and clothing a challenge. Thank you for any guidance for this issue BTW I just happened upon your channel and am also glad you are feeling better 🤗🥰🤗

Wow, it sounds like you've had a lot of challenging projects!
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an amazing healing art. A great resource to start would be The Touch of Healing by Alice Burmeister, she's the daughter of Mary Burmeister, who brought the art to the US from Japan. I've seen some miraculous shifts, including visually seeing changes in legs both in terms of color and also in terms of swelling. Bear in mind, it's an art, not a technique, there's more to it than following a formula.
For lymphedema, Safety Energy Lock 3 (between upper inner shoulder blade and spine) is great because it harmonizes both the immune and lymph systems. Holding it at the same time as the same side 15 helps keep energy from accumulating in your head as I mentioned in this video. Another great option is to hold SEL 15 (front hip crease) with crossing your other hand over the same side SEL 6 (underside near the arch of the foot), if you can reach it. If you can't, you can either imagine you're holding it or hold the middle finger of the hand that is holding the 15 while you're holding the 15. Holding SEL 16 (outer ankle under the ankle bone) is another great option. In all these cases, do it on your left side (same side as the lymphedema). Please try these and let me know how it goes.
I was going to share a link for a practitioner locator but the link doesn't seem to be working correctly so I'll return and add it once it looks fully functional again.
I'm glad you happened upon my channel and thanks for your good wishes. 💜

@@ChristyJohnsonIntuitiveHeal thank you so much, excited to be here. I’ve perceived there are no mistakes in life, only lessons, challenges make us grow, and we become better versions of ourselves, move in a new direction, find our purpose… if we learn the lesson. 🤗

@@ChristyJohnsonIntuitiveHealI will give it a go, may be a direction to explore further as an art, I’m so NOT about western medicine as it “heals” nothing. Have no found what resonates with me yet to dive deeper into, this may be it 🎉

@@imoongarden6347 I frame them as mis-takes, there's always new ways to grow, evolve, and explore. Sometimes we learn the lesson right away, other times we revisit it until something eventually shifts. However it comes, it's perfect for us, a benevolent conspiracy, if you will. 🎉
