The LASER framework is such a practical and effective way to approach conversations. It's inspiring to see how these concepts from theater can be applied to real-life interactions, promoting active listening, open-mindedness, and creative problem-solving.

As someone who has engaged Neil with some of my clients, I can say that the impact of his approach touches the heart of what leadership and collaboration needs to be about for organizations to flourish. Our true collective power lies in our relationships not in our individual competencies and the mutual adaption that goes on when you follow the premises of improv create conditions for real synergy from our differences. And it’s great fun, with genuine laughter as we enjoy openly sharing our wonderful mistakes as opportunities. Neil also makes everyone in the group feel good about themselves and others. Trust forms, inhibitions dissolve. Great stuff, Neil.
