Glad I saw this video...I have a tower valve which the video says, that system is not compatible with this duo-flush system (but the instructions in the box didn't mention about the non-compatibility ) Thanks Fluidmaster!
when you flushed the system you removed the rubber seat, then you showed you replace the cap after the flushes and the seat remained on the toilet lid. So you do not need the rubber seat?
Our toilet seems to run a lot longer than before. Is it supposed to put water directly into the overflow pipe? Seems to me it's wasting a lot of water.
Before you invest money and time in this Duoflush, take a look at the lid to the water holding tank. If the tank was mounted too close to the back wall, the lid to the tank will be pushed forward, AND the lever won't work. To flush the yellow and save water, the lever must be able to be lifted up. The overhang of the tank lid won't allow this movement, and you're going to have to flush down every time and waste water. This unit won't work on two of my three toilets.
I bought this product and the nut on the dual action handle will not turn counter clock wise or clock wise. feels like it is glued on. Needless to say I am not happy with it so far.
I once ordered this dual-flush valve from ebay and after testing with different ways it failed to seal after 18 testings. (and also it is very brittle, the way it snaps on the existing flush valve on only just four little pegs. . . it brakes after even slight bend or curve to the side, sop yeah - this dual fulsh valve is not very good at all) I tested every possible flush valve that can be purchaced in the Europe and USA (from ebay) and you will not believe, what valve was the most reliable valve - The Russian made valve. Russians flush valves and fill valves are build so nicely, that it amazed me how well they performs! the Russian flush valve works in very simple, yet very reliable way, very decreasing the fail chance. And the fill valve passes so much water that a 5 gallon tank it filled in 28 seconds LITERALLY!!! Russian made toilets and every plumbing parts are the best quality in the world! and by the way, I am very experianced plumber and I not saying all this from a "light bulb" as Russians say, I done a lot of testing and from my own experiance of seing how things fail and fail, and Russian made stuff lasts longer than 30 years. So yeah. . . the best choise of plumbing is to Russian made stuff. And I didn't mensioned, but Russian made stuff are so easy to install, let's say the bath tub drain siphon in USA is very hard to install - nut after washer after nut after washer after nut. . . it is very hard to install it without leakage, and when you consider that Russian bath tub siphon is only two plastic nuts, two one flexy hoses and two screw (one for the main drain and one for the side "emergency" drain) that holds every thing tite for longer than 20 years. . . it just ridicilous how simple yet reliable the Russian stuff are compared to USA stuff. . . But I am not saying that USA is bad - the USA is making every kind of others things that Russians makes in bad and very unrialable quality, for example the USA makes the best electrical stuff in the world, while Russian made electrical things are just in medium quality .. . so it turns out that everyone wins :)

This is install in minutes? My god. No wonder it was riding the close out rack. That test on flush settings wasted enough water to fill a bath tub three times!
Installed this complete system in about 1/2 hour. Installation included the angle adapter. Very easy to install.
Now I can flush with not just efficiency but in style
The adjustment dials are VERY COOL!
Thanks for the video. I've just installed my new system. Worked out perfectly.
It was indeed a dummy-proof installation.

THIS IS A PIECE OF GARBAGE! It can barely handle toilet paper on either setting!
