You make it look like easy 😇 my thiers issard. Is so sarp I don’t feel minor cuts. But see blood afterwards. But it shaves so much better than my DOVO best quality, DOVO envogue and my DOVO Bismarck. But you made me thinking on the thiers issard strop and osma pre shave as next on the wishlist. Tx Jarrod. 👍👍👍
Bonjour, hope your business well, I miss my house very frustrated w/ State Farm, +147 days and still no agreement for a rebuild, which after that still +~30-60 days for a permit to use hammer #1.
@@thesuperiorshave yes I’ve heard about that and i feel so sorry for you. I lost everything i had in 2018 and came back to France without any money or place to stay and it made me stronger and thougher mentally to have to go through that, sometimes life throws things at you to make you grow. I hope everything will settle soon😉
they have a weird tingle/prickle I most certainly did not care for, but others like them and the horse could care less, not like the poor badger or boar
@@thesuperiorshave Interesting 🤔 because i’m am trying to decide on my first brush. I’m kind of leaning more towards synthetic silver badger or maybe horse. But there doesn’t seem to be a ton of horse ones online. So I’ll probably go with synthetic i don’t know lol.
modern synths really r terrific but for the one issue, namely that they can only "dance" w/ water & soap (that's why they need no presoaking before use), natural hair absorbs moisture directly into the hair follicles via the little shingles. What that means in use is that, for myself and I'll bet many, many others, I simply CANNOT use the things w/o flinging lather and/or water around the bathroom/sink it is a minor but nonetheless permanently annoying quibble Dovo, for one example, has now decided to fully switch to synth. Good for us, that only leaves horn handled razors and horn combs to brave the rapids of the unknown draw USFWS agent with a raging erection for anyone daring to import ultra-unthreatened syncerus caffer caffer. But Dovo wouldn't have made that decision if sales didn't drive it; like all EU producers, they are strict in evaluation of cruelty free treatment for the meles meles, and there are badger farms in CN that are good to the animals and let them roam (there is even a few meles meles farmers left in the EU, most ppl don't know that). So, the demand is moving toward synthetics. Their tip softness, lather creation, etc. are generally very good nowadays.
plenty for all who knows what customs is on about this time, they like to have their fun can't wait for the 'difficult entry surcharge' bill... maybe the MOP shells glow in the dark

6/8 is a nice size , I don't like smaller...odd strop, a huge waste of leather with that big loop ?.
spiffy sticky thing of a hide but the French don't do apologies (and I love them for it)
Are Horse hair brushes good?
