Mileage will increase for sure, as same rotation of wheel will cover more distance because of diameter increment.

I also change the tyre of Bridgestone Ecopia OEM fitted after 34000kms that's only our fault not to check properly in time when tyre needed alignment and tyre rotation after 5000kms & check every month tyre pressure also
