Dr you should promote to eat this fruits in limited quantities rather then to avoid totally. These are Beneficial in so many ways you should explain good side too 🙏🏻
Could be true on average...But from personal experience...I have eaten minimum of 2 bananas everyday...Mixing it with either grapes, apple, mango, melons and have only lost weight in last 1 year. But yes, I did exercise regularly(cardio and weights) and kept the 80-20 ratio of clean and unhealthy food items. So, I think what he is saying is not absolute rather depends on so many factors.

Sir i need explanation how cheese can increase weight if it is consumed 50 to 60 grams per week? Cheese have just 27 grams of fat per 100 gram and you might be knowing that one individual can 50 to 60 gm of fat per day if he/she is on a weight loss programme. Even sodium amount is only 1400mg per 100gm of cheese. I totally agree agree to avoid butter but cheese once in a weekend is a green signal for weight loss, let me know what you think of it.
