I expected to have delay but there was none that i noticed, could be many factors tho like wifi, or which programs ur using to stream, also if you have the older 3DS it will likely be slow.

If you actually want to do this it's possible and actually pretty easy, there's a program for windows called WiinUSoft that allows you to connect a wii controller to pc and have it emulate an Xbox 360 controller, I was able to play fortnite like this but haven't tried Minecraft but I'm sure it's possible.
