(Cassia leaves/flowers stew)
INGREDIENTS
1/2 lbs boiled kee lek ( Cassia leaves)
1 lbs pork spare ribs, chopped into small
pieces
1 stalk lemongrass, lightly smashed, cut in
4 pieces
5 kiffir lime leaves, rib removed
4 cups yanang extract
3 stalks green onion, cut into about 2-1/2
inch length
STICKY RICE PASTE (Thickening agent)
1/3 cup soaked sticky rice
8 Thai chilies
2 small shallot, sliced
1/2 water
SEASONINGS
4 tbsp fermented fish sauce (Padeak)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Msg

I love this recipe. The Yanang leaf extract makes it all come together beautifully. I like the bamboo & meat stew yanang & green round eggplants with herbs.
Back then is a secret ingredient. I ❤️ Laos foods.
