  • Hi friends, it's been a while, but I am back like I promised with a new video for all of you!
Today we are making a delicious dish that is not as famous as some of the classic Iranian dishes I've made, but still wonderful to make and enjoy.
This dish is called Morgh-laye Polo, which roughly translates to "Chicken in the Rice" and is more a regional dish.
Ingredients List (servicing for three people)
    • 3 1 Quarter of Chicken
    • 2 1/2 Cups of Rice
    • 1 Large Onion
    • 2 Cloves of Garlic

    • 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
    • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1 Teaspoon Chili Pepper
    • 1 Teaspoon of Black Cumin
    • 1 Stick for Cinnamon
