The "Silent Knight" challange seems so easy in the video, but it's really not. For me the at the first slide the guards come outside and i am already detected. This dude probably has 1000s of hours in the game.

He does the same in these videos, but also does "over the top" challenges on top like no detective mode or no gargoyles. Dude has videos for every game. If you like Arkham and wanna see things done in a different way than this guy does, watch him lol

I feel like Batman would go for speed and efficiency instead of dramatic stealth fashion all of the time, y'know? The dramatic stealth tactic I think is when he is trying to invoke fear. But needless to say I think Batman would almost all the time go for the method of speed and efficiency. Great video!

@@gavmaster5901 over where you take down the first thug with the zip line, you must place the gel on either side of the roof. This is what makes it count as 2 separate walls and then you zip line across to the thug at the door and then blow up that one. That’s how you get the 3 separate walls. Then just climb up and glide kick the last remaining thug :)

As someone who makes videos similar to this one, it’s mainly a lot of planning and lots of repetition. Some games require hours upon hours for even a 1-minute gameplay clip to be upload-worthy.
Not luck just studying how the guards move and planning according to that. You can do it in all games because npcs have patterns of moving and you can tell where they will move.
@@justanothertinypartofthisi7600 It's not always 100% consistent. There is some randomness to the patrol routes that the guards have in some of these challenges.

Yep. I switched tactics by using the wall on the opposite site of the map, accessible via the grate. It was only towards the end I tried the zipline through window takedown. I had to do it 2 times because on the 1st attempt the AI just walked past as I broke through. Took half of my health. Ran off to the other side did a 2nd zipline attempt, successfully landed both my feet on the baddie.
on survival tactics how do you get the break your fall medal do you glide kick or just glide then fall on them? how do you get the animation where he knocks them out? i just land right in front of them or kick them idk what to do for the break your fall one
The challange of the gel explosive is a little weird for me. It says take dow 3 diffrent guys with 3 different walls and you use 2. I am doing the same strategy that you but they dont give me the score. I am playing return to arkham ps4. I an talking about the medical facility extreme predator 6:46
it's because the 1st wall break 2 times.. To get the achievement you have to have 3 explosions that break 3 wall parts and kill 3 enemies (each one separately). This is why he puts 2 bombs on each side of the first wall, each bomb hits a different enemy, making it as I explained
silent knight extreme isnt working at all, ive restarted the challenge well over 50 times and they either see me right after the line launcher knockout or they never stand in the right place for the explosions
On silent knight extreme I did exactly like he did for the 3 walls and got the medal but died because I forgot the gargoyles were bombed and now every time I do the 3 walks it doesn’t count
Man, i appreciate the fact that you took your time to do all this, but many of this tactics actually dont work. The glide kick on the 3rd challenge didn't count for me, the triple take down with the explosive gel on the 4th challenge also doesnt count, and the take down with three differents walls on the 5th i dont know how you made it work, you didnt even even destroyed 3 walls. And im on the 5th challenge still....
yooo the first one is very similar tactic to me but instead of going for the guy on the railing(?) (idk what it's called), i just go for the guy near the elevator to silent takedown him, then going to the gargoyle above Batman, then glide to the guy on the railing but before i throw the Batarang i activate the explosive gel then throw the Batarang taking him down, grapple to the gargoyle on the left throw sonic batarang to where they will go glide kick the last guy then activate the sonic batarang as soon as your glide kick hits then ground pound the last guy. i got 0:51:51 (sorry if my English sucks because is not my first language)
I tried today, but bad guy changes position faster then in video and they never go like in videos, depends on produced sounds from Batman and most important - luck. Camera is not centered to action you have to move screen to see where are you exactly. I got few times combo for special move but doesn't work when it's pushed. I mean on square+x and circle+triangle (PS5).

The method he uses for the explosive gel it doesn't work at all. I've been trying to do the method he used for explosive gel for almost 4 hours. I watched another video and I got it literally on my first try. There's a walkway where there's a breakable wall and then the guy that by the door has another breakable wall and then where you can zip line to do the line launcher. The fifth one is so difficault they don’t do what this shows them doing and when I do it this way it doesn’t give me the medal

it worked out for me for some reasons after several tries, still have no idea what i did more than the previous tries but oh well
You have to use the explosive on both ends of the roof like in the video, if you deploy them both too close it won't count, for some reason.
