Two Landmarks of Vienna: Original Sacher-Torte and St. Stephen's Cathedral

The Original Sacher-Torte and St. Stephen's Cathedral are two of the most iconic landmarks of Vienna. This production is a bow to Vienna and its cultural heritage. With great passion for every single detail, Sacher Executive Chef Dominik Stolzer, Chef Pâtissier Michael Klein and Pâtissière Juliane Polaczek literally merged these well-known icons / landmarks of the city. More than 120 kg of chocolate were processed in the faithful replica of two 130 cm high Viennese St. Stephen's Cathedrals.
