2 years of implementing Matt’s training (72 hours of recovery, train weak points and using variations for compound lifts) and Efferding’s vertical diet. Training regularly since 19 and at 35 I’m 6ft 247 from 225 with very little increase in my waist size and compound movements going way up in strength. Thank you Matt!!

I love the camber bar at your place because you can use the handles pointed foward helps you really dig your upper back into the bar out of the hole like a MFer, probably several times more than any other camber bar.
love using these bars (except for the trap bar being a senior in hs and seeing bullshit lmao), but still need to get a fat bar. loved the explanations!

Hey Matt, I wanted to ask your opinion on which football to choose. This will be my first purchase and wanted to know if a camber football bar or regular football would be best? I figured for the camber bar, I can use a board to cover the depth of the camber and have a "regular" football bar.
Any idea why when I use my camber bar to squat with I feel my knees way more? Love the bar and pressing with it even though that's not entirely what it's made for

Your videos are excellent and i always click like and share with my fitness friends. I just started the conjugate method after reading louies (RIP to the great one) book The Conjugate Method. I believe i have the concept down but I am having trouble structuring a routine of enough excercises long term and or weakness mitigating exercises because i dont really know what my weaknesses are yet . I downloaded an APP to help but ive noticed the exercises are very limited and repetitive (kinda the opposite of true conjugate) im wondering if youve ever considered developing an App of your own thats more up to the Wenning standard? Thanks again , youre awesome please keep up the good work and god bless
i don't like protein bars. they are very dry and they don't make you feel like you ate anything. i feel like you could have some beef jerky and a fun sized snickers and hit the same macros with better digestibility.
