I made my Battle Sage long before I knew Moonveil existed and while I've changed my weapons on and off there's no shame in using whatever. Besides, Moonveil is easy to dodge and if they can't that's cause they suck
For me Moonveil is simply S+ just because of how easy you can get it early. You can even go there at lvl 1 Samurai class and get it right away by defeating the boss, which isn't hard because of how easy it is to memorize it's attack pattern. (might get a few tries). Compared against something like Rivers of Blood or Malenia's Katana.
I think my favorites are either serpantbone or dragonscale, both are really good in terms of visual design but it adds some uniqueness in the katana list, not only giving us a frost lightning infused death machine but a poison debuffer which make a fun and interesting combo when paired. (Guess I’m a fan if the weaker stuff)
If you actually want to be like Musashi, you don't need to powerstance two katanas, but rather use a katana with vakizashi (a dagger that looks like a short katana and powerstances with them). That's what his actual dual wielding technique looked like, and actually Okina pretty much represents Musashi in the game, as he also uses vakizashi in pair with rivers of blood.
I like Meteoric the most, but I use it on a strength build and 2H it. It's really easy to roll catch people with the R2 when they're pulled in by the AoW. Srength/Int is one of my more favored setups. I'm a little shocked with Hand of Malenia's rating. The ash of war is pretty bad. I like Sperpentbone because of the R2. It always triggers the damage on successive attack talismans.
yh tbh I think Malenias one at best is only B tier, doesn't deserve to be up with the likes of uchigatana or RoB ash of war is extremely situational in both pve and gameplay lmao
To start, I only play PvE myself. I had to do at least one playthrough with a character named Miyamoto Musashi and using two katanas, I believe I used all of them throughout the playthrough at one point, but the Dragonscale and Meteoric Ore blade were two of my favorites. Using the Wakazashi dagger that powerstances with katanas also made the build more interesting.
@vngxrd GUTS GS with focus on Str/End/Vig. Golden Vow. Flame Grant Me Strength. Lion's Claw Ash of War with Heavy affinity. Blood Flame Incantation. Starscourge Talisman, Radahn Soreseal, or axe talisman. You will make all of Elden Ring your bitch. Easily the strongest build I have made up until mid game. At level 40 you will be stance breaking and killing every boss with a few Lion's Claws or heavy charged attacks. And best of all.. all of this can be acquired within a couple hours of starting a new playthru, along with enough smithing stones to +15 the sword. Simply OP build. Early game put the strength tear and the faith tear in your physick. This will give you the faith needed to cast the incantations and you'll be hitting like a truck. Golden Vow Ash of war is not as good at the incantation but will serve you well placing it on a dagger until later game and it can be acquired very early game along with everything else I have listed.
As a Katana user through and through, I really enjoyed your list, and I'd say I'm in agreement with most - maybe toilet tier was a bit harsh for the bone blade 🤣🤣🤣🤣. It needs too much to be a day to day katana, and that's why the Uchi and Naga are my go to. Thier versatility is just bonkers. For PVE I use Uchis and in the arena dual nagas all the way.
Lol yes this is exactly what I told myself after the video was over ^^ Toilet is a bit harsh, but at least it was funny right :) thanks for your sweet message :)
This tier list series is one of the best sources of weapon info out there! Would love to see you make a tier list of collosal greatswords! They are my favorite weapon type in every darksouls game and now in elden ring!
Nagakiba is the GOAT!!! Half of my first playthrough was with this beast, until I realized that I've always been into the strength heavy build. I thought I could escape DS3 by going dex in Elden Ring, but strength build will always be in my heart. But I still use the nagakiba from time to time, and infuse it with whatever incantations and ashes of war. It is really fun!
I did a run with Meteoric Ore Blade recently and was pleasantly surprised. despite it only having only a "C" scaling in strength it was getting 500 physical damage without buffs on just a basic strength build. Plus the unique R2 is great at breaking enemy's posture, this weapon destroyed all main game bosses in only 4 hours from a fresh save! Its not the best katana but I'd say at LEAST B teir.
Only correction I have about rivers is that at launch it’s scaling was broken. It wasn’t until it’s scaling was fixed in a later patch (1.0.4 if I’m remembering it right) that it became a monstrous weapon that made people break controllers.
The serpent bone blade had been my favorite katana since I got it and almost had me change my build during my first play through. It looks almost like a rapier with the intricate guard with an elegant savagery once you see the spines and such in the details if the weapons design. And it feels like a SWORDSMENS weapon, no overpowered ash of war, no dummy long range. Just you, your blade, some poison, and your moveset. I love this weapon
@Valentin Gaming Athlete ofc ofc lol, you just helped me remember a hole in my knowledge. Foreman is tied for my favorite fighter of all time. And the number one guy I would never want to get hit by

Fun fact about the serpent weapons' poison, (the katana, fists, shield), can be strong poison. The game doesn't tell you, but the poison can be more aggressive than standard poison, like an in-between of regular poison and scarlett rot. (Side note: the fists with bleed, paired with a rot weapon is a good snowballing combination)

@@ValentinParkourGaming It probably has something to do with the game outright saying as much and the fact that before she ever used the rot she impaled him to the ground like a butterfly. Radahn is the only demigod who has lost to every demigod he's fought (he got his cheeks clapped by Morgott) besides Godrick. Kinda sad ngl.
These thumbnails are godly, also the uchigatana works great for pure strength builds as it gives you an A scaling on the heavy affinity and has a small dex requirement. loved the video :D
In Patch 1.10 the Katana got a slight boost (maybe not all of them, not sure). I play exclusively PVE. These tier ratings are always PVP ratings as if that's all that matters. The Nagakiba is by far the best Katana. I use Incantations to pair with specific enemies (Bloodflame is my favorite) but also use various greases. The range is awesome. It is also perfect for mounted combat because of the range. I use Double Strike for its AOW as I find it proc's Bleed faster (might be my imagination but I also like how it looks and that matters too). Moonveil is my second favorite. I use it in my main hand about 40% depending on the enemy. Meteoric Ore Blade definitely has its place as well. Gravitas followed by heavy attack is often the answer to a problem. The off hand is paired with a katana. Usually Uchigatana but it may vary. ...\
@@ValentinParkourGaming The Nagakiba is S tier for pve with incantations to fit the occasion. Moonveil also fits the bill but its shorter length makes the difference for me. I like Moonveil for dealing mobs/hoards that risk overwhelming me, the AOW cuts a nice path. Rivers of Blood just isn't the sword it used to be so A tier. Bloodflame on the Nagakiba does more damage I think.
Might be popular opinion but I just fucking love the Rivers of Blood so much. The Ash of War on it is so cool, and even still the weapon just looks sick in general.
@@ValentinParkourGaming by the way great tier list, I have to say your rankings were on point. Most of my first new game pluses (the first 2 to be exact) were katana builds and I kinda ran the whole game only for katanas. Personally I enjoy the versatility of the nagakiba and its range. Currently on new game +5 with rivers of blood. What's your favorite overall?
I actually ended up doing a katana run partly inspired from your tier list that I just finished. Ironically I ended up using the Dragonscale Blade throughout the majority if not the entire run lol. I am honestly starting to think it is a underrated gem. Like you said in your list, the Dragonscale Blade buffed with it's AoW ends up being one of the hardest hitting katanas of them all and this thing was taking chunks out of boss and player health bars. Combined with a procced frostbite, I don't think people understand just how much damage this blade is capable of dealing. I'd say it can even outperform bleed procs and was very useful against (the few) enemies immune to bleed. It's range can be a bit annoying at times, but even as the second shortest it really isn't much shorter than the golden standard uchi. I won't deny that the Dragonscale Blade still suffers especially when compared to the gods that are Nagi and Moonveil, but I do feel like Dragonscale Blade isn't getting enough credit either. I'd say it could fit nicely C-B tier. And maybe even A tier when bleed gets its eventual nerf. But that is my take right now. Now time to try Serpentbone Blade :D
Uchigatana SAVED MY LIFE when I struggled against Godrick. The bleed effect is what truly makes the weapon, and it can stagger some man sized enemies easily if you land a five hit R1 combo. I was able to get early game souls farming in Caelid because of it, so I was eventually able to completely melt Godrick’s health. 🔥
See alot of people fail to realize that with rivers of blood the weapon itself didn’t really get a nerf, it was primarily just it’s ash of war. ROB is definitely one the hardest hitting light weapons in the game, I’ve gotten mine to do close to about 800 AR with NO buffs at all, so if you just powerstance two of them and only use the ash of war to roll catch or surprise attack someone it’s arguably one the better weapons and one of the best katanas in the game
I use Nagakiba and Moonveil in both hands. Nagakiba on right hand with Bloodhound Step and Moonveil on left hand. People recognize the Moonveil and expect the skill spamming, and then they see you disappearing all of the sudden and lose their minds. And when they less expect it, you dualhand Moonveil and do a ranged finishing blow with the skill. 10/10 best magic Shinobi experience in Elden Ring.
Nah. Rivers of Blood is still an easy S tier. Not only does it have both big importance in design for being super recognizable and is part of ER history for breaking the game with a free EZ mode… But it also has the elemental play! Use ice and mix with Rivers to proc the explosion over and over again! I hate that people got an EZ mode… but rivers is so great I even did a playthrough with it back when Arcane scalling didn’t exist!
Also. Moonveil also had a game breaking history of bringing EZ mode. It used to do INSANE posture damage! So PvE was RIP and PVP was also RIP because the standard magic damage was also higher.
the Meteoric Ore Blade will always have a special place in my heart because it was my weapon for my first playthrough so weapons like Rivers of blood will never compare to it.
Not gonna let the malenia slander slide she released the rot because she wanted to put her brother on the throne. It was a sacrifice of everything she was for his dream. Also Rahadahan would have just rebuilt the golden order because he was a Godfrey fan boy. Which kinda makes him the villain of the conflict, still a great character though.
Nah nah nah he was try to take over and he prevent the stars from moving before the war started because daddy told him to screw over the carion royals. Now I do believe he was stronger then her but she did not release the rot because she was prideful she did it as a sacrifice to defeat the strongest demigod to realize her brother's dream. The lore stats she thought she would die for the cause and everything even her pride and reputation as a warrior was worth that dream. Rahadahan is far more of a I want the status quo to remain type of character. It was a battle of tradition vs change
Yeah but u are talking about morale I am talking about skills and who is beating the ass of who Radahn is ripping through her like butter watch the story trailer again buddy. But if u wanna keep simping for this worthless and skilless b¥tch then all the power to you L’amour rend aveugle
I really want to use the moonveil for NG+3 and beyond, but Moonveil falls off due to bosses getting a buff in HP for every new playthrough (stops scaling at NG+7), so I'll stick with rivers of blood and nagakiba.
So i tried and tested the serpentbone blade, and it's true this weapon made no sense ; you level it up with normal smithing stone, but you can't change the art of war, nor grease it and it has no bleed. Even in the poison department it's a lot easier to inflict bleed AND poison with other weapon. But : this weapon has a lot of reach when you fully charge your heavy attack, it can surpise the opponent. The heavy double slash is pretty difficult to dodge in PvP. The lethal poison has a loop of 30 seconds before vanishing instead of the normal poison which last 90 seconds, it creates the perfect loop with some talisman (the one which gives a boost of 20% damage when poison is applied) and the bonus given by the mushroom crown. It's heavy attack is enough to trigger the effect of multi-hit talisman (sword insignia etc) It's charged heavy is the most damaging one when the two hit combo connect. Clearly not a bad weapon, despite being so strange on paper, i have learned to love it.
Yeah but it coupe have been soooo much better man. Imagine it also had bleed and u could change the ash of war ? Or they would have giving it a unique ash of war !
@@ValentinParkourGaming The weapon just need somber smithing stones and an art of war with a lot of mobility, or something that can proc a lot of damage on poisened targets, while removing the poison. This way you coul use the AoW in order to inflict big damage if you saw the opportunity... At least the design is cool
I adore the Serpentbone blade, but I sadly think you summed it up pretty well. It has a gorgeous design and an amazing heavy and the deadly poison makes it an actually useful weapon, but it cant escape the bottom tiers with its poor build up. I think it would be an amazing niche if it had even a small bit of arcane scaling to increase the build up.
The nagakiba is a pretty good weapon all around, and so is one of the best weapons in the game. It has very good reach, intrinsic bleed, decent AR, gets access to running R2 poke, gets the fast version of ashes like spinning slash, does very quick attacks when powerstanced. Like if you need a weapon for something, chances are the nagakiba can fulfill that role pretty decently. I haven't done much pvp at all, but using a dex setup with duel nagakiba, I had a 30 win streak in the colosseum duels. I also found decent success in using a soft swap hoslow petal whip with hoarfrost stomp, since it would add more range and methods to pressure and deal damage if opponents were playing too passively.
I love the feel and moveset of the Serpentbone. The slashing is so clean. Simple and effective katana! Just power stance with a bleed katana and you're kicking ass!
What I like is you rank according to pvp. Other channels rank using pve with summons. I play pve solo, and your ranking is closer to mine, because fighting bosses solo requires 2 things pvp needs too - speed and reach. Other channels just rank according to damage because they got a distraction bot
@@ValentinParkourGaming superior? I think you miss understand something, i don't blame you for use a ROB based build, i just find funny your opinion about Varre mask and ROB xd
I sat fighting that stupid lava wyrm for 6 hours straight trying to get moonveil There were four seperate occasions where i almost killed the boss but died when it had a sliver of health left
Any weapon can be good if you’re good at using it. For example, Dragonscale blade. Everyone says this weapon is trash, but I decided to test that theory. NG+ 4 it carried me. It took a little bit of getting used to since I was used to the straight sword style, but once I figured out the move set and the timing of the ash of war, the damage I was able to deal with both lightning damage and frostbite was amazing. It also does a decent amount of base damage, nothing amazing, not terrible, just decent. I then paired that Dragonscale blade with ice lightning spear and dragon halberd to make a purely ice lightning build, and it was limiting since there are only three ice lightning abilities in the whole game, but they were powerful. My next play-through, I used Dragonscale in my right hand, Rivers of blood in my left hand. Bloodflame + ice lightning = absolutely terrifying.
U can beat the game with any weapon. But u cannot beat a good player with any weapon. Using dragonscale blade vs good players is almost like signing ur death sentence.
@@ValentinParkourGaming I don’t often do online, but I’ve done it. Dragonscale blade is far from the best weapon to use against a player, but I is doable. Downsides are it’s slow, it’s short, and it’s easy to dodge. Upsides I would say are, it’s powerful, frostbite, and it stuns people rather well. I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily bad, but there are better weapons to use, like the dragon halberd. Same effect, more reach, more damage, slower attack.
The truth is that I would like a katana that allows you to change from ash to have the charged attack of the meteoric katana, that is what I especially love about that katana because it is much easier to break postures with it.
Hand of melania is my favorite :) I just love that it take skill to land attacks in pvp especially with waterfowl dance! In my opinion they probably should’ve made it stronger initially but for what it is I just love it!
Yes you are right. Moonveil and nagakiba are the best. Just got my second moonveil so i am dual vielding those because i have int at 80 and i am using sorcery also.
I use single Fire Uchi two handed with Fire Scorpion Charm, Shard of Alexand, Blue Dancer Charm then go naked, reaching 781 ar with 80 Str The damage on Unsheathe is MASSIVE.
As a player who played with katanas probably the most and tried most of them. I have a few things i would like to mention which are either my personal experience or just something i do/use because i just love it. Disclaimer: I am a PVE player and i dont really mind the PVP much and when i did fought some ppl (i have like 100+- matches behind me. I rarely lost as During that time arena wasnt in the game. And as to answer your question about my favourite ash of war, At the start when elden ring came out it was Bloody Slash but after few hundred hours i realized that Unsheath is the real king and even the damage is better (+ the stagger) When it comes to Rivers of Blood. I tried to use it and see if it was good or not before the first buff patch (1.0 player here) Unfortunately it was bad and i didnt really touch it since and never was really interested in it. Meteoric Ore blade. OH BOI this was a pleasant surprise to be sure. I was focusing the build aorund the special heavy attack (ichimonji enjoyer :D) AND MY GOD that was a really surprising dmg. I tried this katana in PVP a few times against my friend who is not a fan of PVP but i wanted to it how well does it fare. WELL with my build i was vigor checking him so hard. Every charged heavy attack that i landed instantly deleted his HP. Alongside it's big charged heavy attack dmg it also deals insane amount of Poise. For exmaple Morgot. Got stunned with 2 charged heavys and was stunned then i repeated the process and he died (as i already had +10 weapon at that time) Tree sentinel is also staggered after 2 hits. Definitely fun weapon to try. Shame it looks the way it looks(my personal view as a blacksmith on this weapon) AND NOW time for my most used and personal favourite weapon of them all, YES as a PVE player. Hand of Malenia interested me the most as a blacksmith and as a player. Altho compared to Uchigatana it cant be buffed but it's damage is enough to carry me anywhere. The range, the design and the iconic ash of war, it all blended into a weapon i love the most. The more i play with it the more i learn about the game and the weapon it self. As a hand of Malenia enjoyer i love to find the way to apply the Ash of War on every boss possible. And this is something i find th emost interesting the learning curviture and finding the window where you can pull this off. A quick thought on Serpent Boneblade, Imagine if this weapon had the same effect as Rivers of blood. WOuldnt make it much better but at least it would make proccing the strong poison better :D Yeah i still have ot reach the point to use moonveil but eventually i will get to it and build a proper PVE character around the Yamato .. i mean Moonveil. It's a famous weapon so on point in saying anythign about this. Personal point tho. I love putting on Magic resist talisman and barrier of gold to bully moonveil users xD And the time for Uchigatana. My main choice for the entire playthrough and as a Samurai you can have 2 which is the best in my humble dex opinion. Great damage, can buff the weapon with anything (faith spells especially) blood infusion is nasty or dual Seppuku(i didnt play it but i know the theory.. eww) the starting Ash of War Unsheath is so damn strong. Overall a beast of a weapon. No personal experiwence with Nagakiba except it is a longer Uchigatana but gheat for Sephiroth cosplay. Sorry for the long comment. Great video as always

Lol yes this is exactly what I told myself after the video was over ^^
Toilet is a bit harsh, but at least it was funny right :)
thanks for your sweet message :)
This tier list series is one of the best sources of weapon info out there! Would love to see you make a tier list of collosal greatswords! They are my favorite weapon type in every darksouls game and now in elden ring!
I am actually working on it as we speak ! Many people have asked for it ! Thanks for your comment Sagit Swag !
@@ValentinParkourGaming that's awesome to hear, I look forward to it! Thank you for the incredible content!

U can still use it on a strength build of u want
Throw flame stroke on it, and lean into the str side
You changed it for what weapon?
I did a run with Meteoric Ore Blade recently and was pleasantly surprised.
despite it only having only a "C" scaling in strength it was getting 500 physical damage without buffs on just a basic strength build.
Plus the unique R2 is great at breaking enemy's posture, this weapon destroyed all main game bosses in only 4 hours from a fresh save!
Its not the best katana but I'd say at LEAST B teir.
Yeah maybe B tier , I also had a lot of fun playing with it
I hope to see colossal swords next.
Yep I am working on it as we speak :)
Only correction I have about rivers is that at launch it’s scaling was broken. It wasn’t until it’s scaling was fixed in a later patch (1.0.4 if I’m remembering it right) that it became a monstrous weapon that made people break controllers.
thanks Crimson
@@ValentinParkourGaming your welcome
The serpent bone blade had been my favorite katana since I got it and almost had me change my build during my first play through. It looks almost like a rapier with the intricate guard with an elegant savagery once you see the spines and such in the details if the weapons design. And it feels like a SWORDSMENS weapon, no overpowered ash of war, no dummy long range. Just you, your blade, some poison, and your moveset. I love this weapon
At the end of the day Dragonslayer this list is just my opinion and you should be using what you think is the most fun and cool !
@Valentin Gaming Athlete ofc ofc lol, you just helped me remember a hole in my knowledge. Foreman is tied for my favorite fighter of all time. And the number one guy I would never want to get hit by
Both the dragonkin weapons need passive frost build up and or lightning damage
Yeah Dragon Halberd with the confirm combo on spinning slash is now really good. But dragonscale blade is still pretty trash tbh

Yeah I should have included it into it
I wish they add a odachi in the dlc. Basically Sir Alonne's sword. Would be awesome if it had a unique moveset too
What is odachi ?
@@ValentinParkourGaming ō-dachi is basically a very long katana
Fun fact about the serpent weapons' poison, (the katana, fists, shield), can be strong poison. The game doesn't tell you, but the poison can be more aggressive than standard poison, like an in-between of regular poison and scarlett rot. (Side note: the fists with bleed, paired with a rot weapon is a good snowballing combination)
Yep it is “deadly” poison, thanks for pointing it out you’re awesome

These thumbnails are godly, also the uchigatana works great for pure strength builds as it gives you an A scaling on the heavy affinity and has a small dex requirement. loved the video :D
I guess the uchi is really the goat !
Thanks Deep Speed for your comment and watching the video :)
I love the Nagakib because... Sephiroth!!!
Yep it is definitely the Masamune !
Usually Uchigatana but it may vary.
...\
Ah so what u would say are the S tier Katana in pve ? Nagakiba and Moonveil ? What about River of Blood ?
Yep it is a super cool weapon, especially if you are a weeb like me !
I was already using both of those S tier katanas before I watched the video. Love them both

Aha I am happy that you found some use to the list for your playthrough
This list os also more geared towards pvp
Yep it is amazing really but people read nerf and just never use it. So stupid
Hopefully they drop another katana with destined death on it in the dlc
That would be awesome. Honestly I want any special faith katana really.
@@darkr3ma1n59 unfortunately it didnt happen :(
Nagakiba primary and Rivers of Blood in off hand is my go to. Sometimes I use hand of malenia for nagakiba
Good combo
i find it interesting caelid holds a lot of eastern weapons, the naginata, wakizashi, meteoric ore blade and the moonveil
Now that u mention it, it is very true
Caelid is in the east in lands between - solved
I agree with every single one of these points but I haven't tried the serpentine blade yet and it looks cool!
It is cool, just not very good
Nah. Rivers of Blood is still an easy S tier.
Not only does it have both big importance in design for being super recognizable and is part of ER history for breaking the game with a free EZ mode…
But it also has the elemental play!
This ranking is based on pvp not pve

the Meteoric Ore Blade will always have a special place in my heart because it was my weapon for my first playthrough so weapons like Rivers of blood will never compare to it.

@@ValentinParkourGaming I haven't beat the game on the save yet because I did the attributes terribly but it carried me through the whole game.
She release the rot because she sucks balls and Radahn was whooping her “@ss while protecting his horse and hpreventing the stars from moving

I really want to use the moonveil for NG+3 and beyond, but Moonveil falls off due to bosses getting a buff in HP for every new playthrough (stops scaling at NG+7), so I'll stick with rivers of blood and nagakiba.
You can also just use moonveil for fun

@ValentinParkourGaming No problem! Glad I found your channel
Moonveil makes me feel *Motivated*
And then you should us it ! Motivation is a good thing
It's heavy attack is enough to trigger the effect of multi-hit talisman (sword insignia etc)
It's charged heavy is the most damaging one when the two hit combo connect.
Clearly not a bad weapon, despite being so strange on paper, i have learned to love it.
Yeah but it coupe have been soooo much better man. Imagine it also had bleed and u could change the ash of war ? Or they would have giving it a unique ash of war !
@@ValentinParkourGaming
The weapon just need somber smithing stones and an art of war with a lot of mobility, or something that can proc a lot of damage on poisened targets, while removing the poison.
This way you coul use the AoW in order to inflict big damage if you saw the opportunity...
At least the design is cool

Hey hey Link thank u so much for your super kind message
I adore the Serpentbone blade, but I sadly think you summed it up pretty well. It has a gorgeous design and an amazing heavy and the deadly poison makes it an actually useful weapon, but it cant escape the bottom tiers with its poor build up.
I think it would be an amazing niche if it had even a small bit of arcane scaling to increase the build up.
People: Do Yura's world quest to get Nagakiba
Me who got it by just killing him: 🙂
Yeah u can just kill him I guess ^^
Very good strategy ! thanks for your comment Prashant !
I love the feel and moveset of the Serpentbone. The slashing is so clean. Simple and effective katana! Just power stance with a bleed katana and you're kicking ass!
Yeah if you like it then use it, you should use what u think is fun, not I think is good

Yep ! Honestly I dont understand why u cnanot change the ash of war on meteoric. If u could it would be a or b tier
Hand of melania is my favorite :) I just love that it take skill to land attacks in pvp especially with waterfowl dance! In my opinion they probably should’ve made it stronger initially but for what it is I just love it!
Yep u gotta u use what u love the most no matter the ranking
Our favorite.
Yes you are right. Moonveil and nagakiba are the best. Just got my second moonveil so i am dual vielding those because i have int at 80 and i am using sorcery also.
Yep I love moonveil personally
I love your passion! Thanks for the great video.
Thanks to you Evan for watching it :)
I use single Fire Uchi two handed
with Fire Scorpion Charm, Shard of Alexand, Blue Dancer Charm then go naked, reaching 781 ar with 80 Str
The damage on Unsheathe is MASSIVE.
i am pretty that this is illegal !
And as to answer your question about my favourite ash of war, At the start when elden ring came out it was Bloody Slash but after few hundred hours i realized that Unsheath is the real king and even the damage is better (+ the stagger)
When it comes to Rivers of Blood.
Shame it looks the way it looks(my personal view as a blacksmith on this weapon)
AND NOW time for my most used and personal favourite weapon of them all, YES as a PVE player.
WOuldnt make it much better but at least it would make proccing the strong poison better :D
Yeah i still have ot reach the point to use moonveil but eventually i will get to it and build a proper PVE character around the Yamato .. i mean Moonveil. It's a famous weapon so on point in saying anythign about this. Personal point tho. I love putting on Magic resist talisman and barrier of gold to bully moonveil users xD
And the time for Uchigatana.

Arigato my friend, this is the best compliment I could ever receive. Everytime I say words in another language, I always try my best to respect the culture and pronounce it right :)
@@ValentinParkourGamingkeep it my friend! i immediately noticed it and was amazed great job honestly 👌
My first playthrough was a power stance Nagakiba/Uchigatana blood and fire build. My main strategy was to buff my Uchigatana with Bloodflame Blade and proc Hemorrhage with Double Slash. I had Bloody Slash on my Nagakiba because it deals a lot of damage and can sometimes go through shields. Fire spells were mostly for wave clearing, breaking up groups and a bit of style.
nakigiba is so good amazing double slash with blood amazing dragon communion seal and high arc and high dex and become unstoppable!
Ooof that sounds brutal
I see you are a man of culture as well. I also cosplay as Vergil in Elden Ring with the Moonveil in hand
Ah no I dont do that ^^
