This is so fucking real I can feel it in my blood I’ve had a problem with difficulty in this game since fucking Rise of Iron. We used to go into day one raids with a few blue items equipped, now we have these crazy ammo swapping reserve swapping builds it’s just too much. Contest mode. There was a time where we didn’t NEED contest mode!!!! The levelling was actually looked over and implemented properly, people had to cheese prime engrams for Last Wish and that shit still took 18 hours!
The consecration build on titan with twilight arsenal is one of the best builds we have had for titans since bonk hammer. Yall need to hang up the hating on different characters hat. The game actually achieves the power fantasy that we’ve been chasing for years now and yall find a reason to complain. If you really hate the game being easy, then play around with off meta stuff.
@@SaintBrickalous one of the best builds titans have had? this doesnt compare them at all to the other classes. there is no reason to play the build when you can do it on hunter but better and to some degree even on warlock with lightning surge while being better, thats my point. even that build is worse imo than just running strand titan. which was also my point that prismatic titan got shafted. sure there’s things you can do, but i’m looking at it as comparison to the other classes because all in all it’s a class based game. titan severely underperforms. everyone i play with that mained titan (myself included) have no reason to play it now and we openly discuss it with eachother and all agree.
Hard disagree on that, triple consecration does good damage but survivability is impossible on solo content. True power for Titans is not doing damage it is being able to survive anything. During solar 3.0 Titans were at their strongest running sol invctus, roaring flames (pre nerf), throwing hammer (pre nerf) and Loreley (pre nerf) with a free x2 restoration everytime you reach critical health was the true Tank experience. Bonk worked with 1, 2 punch. x2 resto was a well of radiance on demand everytime your shields were popped. Standing in sol invictus guarunteed your barricade back before your x2 restoration ran out so that when they popped your shields again your loreley would instantly proc for a never ending loop that could not ever be broken even if you went afk.
@@brainer5457 now warlocks have a turret shooting 2x restoration every 3-4 seconds that can be stacked up to 15 seconds long and recast before the turret expires for 100% uptime. on top of healing rifts lmao. game lost all semblance of class identity
@@Sorrowplays. Yep. Warlocks can do everything with 0 exotics needed. Hunters have insane dps and Titans are the neglected black sheep of the family that cannot catch a break.
I agree with some parts of this. 'The game is too easy' isn't an unfixable problem at all, Bungie can probably come up with some new bullshit difficult activity at some point. Remember when we thought we were hot shit before shadowkeep released and then GM nightfalls humbled the hell out of us? A repeat of that isn't impossible. Legend campaigns and solo dungeons also don't hit like they used to though, so they should probably bring those back up. My main issue with prismatic has to be how it made a couple mono subclasses irrelevant. Think, what does arc hunter do that prismatic doesn't do better? Or revenant vs prismatic hunter? Or void warlock and prismatic warlock? Feed the void and nova bomb were the best things about voidlock and now that they're on prismatic why should I go back? For nova warp lmao? I'm expecting new aspects to come later in the year and hopefully remedy this though there's also a chance that they don't.
I think it’s time for a d3 as well if it was to ever happen, builds are at peak potential now with exotic class item and build potential’s with prismatic. In my experience nothing in pve is hard now, it wasn’t crazy hard before but now it’s actually a breeze. And this is taking away from the factor that I used to have when playing destiny which was if I’m not careful I could die 😂
The varied identity between classes and sub-classes went out the window with the light sub class reworks, prismatic made it even worse. Classes are just a choice in what jump you like (95% of people will just say hunter)
