Your ceiling height is reduced ,nowadays in almost 9ft is ceiling height if 1ft goes for false ceiling , 6ft people if they raise their hand fans will chop.
Hi Ekta I follow ur videos but I think you missed in costing section painting cost gypsum celing , ultimately which has to be done. So I mean, vpc false celing costing is minimal, I think.
We have only compared material cost here. Paint and polishing would cost extra. If you go with good quality PVC, it would cost more than gypsum with paint.
since you mentioned you use gypsum celing in your projects more now, can you share does it have cracks issue in long run ?...in say high rise buildings?

For PVC panel ceilings, surface lighting is preferable considering finishing. We will definitely create a separate video for lighting.

Pop or Gypsum which one is better for ceiling
As mentioned in the video, if you want to create classic design with carving - POP is suitable, otherwise you should go with Gypsum.

Mere gypsum panel se joints dikh rahe hai. Though they used fiber tapes.
