content is good, you look beautiful too. but i have an advice for you. The video is going very fast , i mean you are speaking too fast, if you can speak just a little slow, all the audiences who see the videos can go parallelly with you. Otherwise for some, they will be left behind. Once you are able to do this thing, you will notice more turnaround slowly and then i will tell you some other things as well :D
